A lovely b&b in a tranquil setting within a large village. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Gill. The ensuite rooms are very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. There is an excellent breakfast selection, including cooked, and there is ample off-street parking

I have returned several times when visiting a regular client locally. A splendid traditional bed & breakfast and Gill is always so friendly. Excellent range of breakfast choices. Room is well equipped and comfortable.

I have been staying with Gill for the past year for a week every eight weeks while doing my MSc Executive at nearby Cranfield University. Gill is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Nothing is too much trouble for her. For example, it was raining today, and she gave me a lift to University! The rooms are lovely, very bright, warm & spacious. You can see Gill takes pride in her home and the rooms for the guests reflect that. Overall I'm going to miss Gill & Wisteria Haze. It has been a home away from home! I would recommend Gill & her lovely home as a comfortable, warm place to stay. Breakfast is also excellent, with so much selection! Thanks, Gill!! xxx

The house is well located as there is a Cooperative supermarket and a pub less than 5mins walk away. Gill has turned this house into an absolutely marvellous B&B. Her thoughtfulness has made this B&B feel even more luxurious than a 5-star hotel in regard to the facilities and amenities provided. The house is very clean. There are only two rooms, and my husband and I had the room facing the Bedford Road. We had a lovely view of the village from that room. The bathroom is totally modern and is spacious for an English village house. Gill also provided quality amenities you wouldn't find in most B&Bs, The heating in the room and bathroom is efficient and effective, very comforting as the temperatures were in the single digits in the mornings and evenings when we were there. Gill provided a small bar fridge which the guest can switch and and use, if necessary. She also placed lovely biscuits in a basket (refreshed daily) along with the coffee, tea, sugar and real milk (in sachet cups), kettle, cups, glasses and wine glasses in the room. For breakfast in the pretty and spacious dining room, there was a very good spread as we had 4 different types of cereals to choose from as well as energy bars, fresh fruit, canned fruit, natural (fresh) and flavoured yogurt, orange juice as well as milk and a cooked English breakfast to order as one wishes. Good quality coffee and tea topped off an enjoyable breakfast on the two mornings we were in Cranfield. Gill is also a great host, knowing when to join for a chat and when to let us have our space. Wisteria Haze is definitely a welcome addition to the B&B choices in Cranfield. It is a really good choice if one needs a room for a few nights or a week while attending a course at Cranfield University as it's a short drive from there. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Cranfield!

Although my stay was very short I couldn't have asked for a better place to end my day.

The owner and her daughter were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.

The owner wouldn't let me leave in the morning without a special made to-go breakfast sandwich that was delicious.

Highly recommended if traveling through the lovely village of Cranfield.

We stayed with Gill in her beautiful B & B for 4 nights whilst attending the Silverstone F1. Gill is such a lovely lady and very accommodating. The rooms are decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made with top quality ingredients and tasted lush. Thank you Gill for making us feel so welcome. We will be back.

Lovely traditional B&B where I had a perfect stay. Gill is a lovely attentive host. Breakfast was wonderful as was the smart TV. Advise telephoning direct rather than going through booking sites.

I needed a short notice stay as a key worker visiting a critical infrastructure project and I came across this little gem. The host/Owner Gill was fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The room was small but suited my needs and I had a fantastic nights sleep which is unusual for me on a first night in unfamiliar surroundings. Breakfast was spot on especially the bacon 🙂 .
