This the perfect B &B, So spacious, lovely bathroom & kitchen. The owner should be proud. Only thing was not as clean as I expected and there were towels and previous guests clothing left in the small bedroom. Note to owner: you have a wonderful property, get good detail oriented cleaners. You deserve them. Thank you for sharing this property.

Booked in advance but after a horrendous drive turned up very late and was concerned maybe too late. However, I couldn't have been made more welcome and was made to feel very at ease and no issues ||I was quickly in my room and all I needed for the nught, clean and comfortable, overlooking the rear of the property. Got a good nights sleep.||Morning was up and out promptly but stopped for breakfast. Great breakfast and friendly hosts. Will be back for sure.

I stayed here for three nights and I can't say a bad word about it. The room was comfy and spacious. The host was extremely friendly and let me store my bags in the office after I checked out as my flight wasn't for a few hours. Would really recommend!

I come and stay at Victoria every weekend unless I'm away or I have another commitment but other than that I'm there every Saturday and Sunday night and it's a lovely place to stay and I love it I really do. The rooms are always good and Andrew and Liz always try their best to keep the same room for me but if it's not possible I'm always very calm about change of room even if it's just for the 1 night like it was on the 4th of August I went into 1 room for Saturday night and then moved rooms the next morning. I enjoy meeting lots of people too who happen to be staying there too and everyone is very friendly.

I say best, but I've only stayed at Victoria Guest House, but I wouldn't go anywhere else next time. It's about 50 metres from the high street and close to Bedford Park, but very quiet location on a very posh street! Host was really nice and made our stay feel like being at home and the room was really spacious, and breakie was superb. Will be back one day, loved it.

I've been staying at the Victoria for quite a few times and will definitely be staying there again. ||The rooms are just the right size, neither too big nor too small, the beds are comfortable and there never was an issue with cleanliness or anything the like. It's also located rather close to almost anything you'd want and need, which is pretty convenient for someone like me who doesn't drive.||There may be one downside: everything's rather informal, from payment over arrival/departure to breakfast. That doesn't even remotely mean it's bad, not at all. It just means that this may not be the right place for you to stay if you expect everything to be fancy and formal and who-knows-what. Otherwise, it's a place I'd recommend to almost everyone who may be reading this review, especially those on a tight budget.||And btw - they also have really good cake sometimes.

Once again we chose to stay at Liz and Andrews b&b welcomed back so warmly like we hadn’t left, our room was spacious and stocked with delights cookies and hot chocolate on the tea tray my daughter was very happy 😊. The breakfast was beautiful perfect vegetarians full English, definitely be coming again .
