Its a budget hotel so will review accordingly. Staff are nice and professional. Rooms are basic but within standard for price. Always hot water. The breakfast is pretty good offering full cooked plus cereals, croisants, fruit etc. Place is typically very clean. The real downsides for me is the lack of sound insulation. I can hear everything. I get woken often on weekends especially. All in all for the price its pretty good.

This a late posting of my stays at Campanile Hotel Milton Keynes-Fenny Stratford in June/July. I stayed on two separate occasions totalling 6 nights. As I am a member of Louvre Hotel rewards I booked directly through their App. ||Arriving into Fenny Stratford by train into Fenny Stratford Station, it is less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel. On both visits I had a good welcome at check-in. On my first stay I had a spacious family room at the end of the corridor. On my second stay it was a smaller room but perfectly fine. ||Both rooms had everything  provided for a comfortable stay. There was small TV, tea/coffee facilities and a good amount of storage space. Wifi was free and worked well. The bathrooms in both rooms were fine with wall-mounted shower gel and soap dispensers and there was a bathtub which was on the small side but was perfectly fine. ||I enjoyed my stays at Campanile, it represented great value for money and a lot cheaper than comparable hotel types in the area.

Cheap and no so cheerful. The rooms are clean but a little tired. Magnolia woodchip which hasn't seen a lick of paint in a while. The bed was comfy and pillows too. No complaints there. Bathroom again a bit tired but functional. No problem from the club over the road, which was closed, but a surprising amount of noise from other guests who seemed to be "enjoying" themselves. Breakfast is extra and adequate. The cooked breakfast was OK but the selection of other items was very lacking, even though I came down a little late (08:45). Both days there was no one to check me into breakfast and I had to wait until someone noticed me or I asked. The lady serving was a little daunting but helpful enough once approached.|There is a charge for parking your car. I found this very surprising. Not sure I've ever paid to park in a hotel car park in which I was staying.|One plus point is that the High Street is 5 minutes away, with a good selection of restaurants and pubs. The Thai is recommended! Also recommended for a visit is The Chequers. Only a small pub, and not busy when we visited but a great selection of well kept beers, wide range of locally made spirits (not ghosts) and a very friendly welcome.

Basic budget hotel, but we were made so welcome, the staff helpful with everything! The manager even got my mam a comfortable chair from his own flat, the amazing cleaning staff are so busy, always smiling and saying hello, the TV wasn't working due to a dodgy lead but the guy on reception sorted it out quickly. The orthopedic mattresses were great also. The main thing is being able to sleep in a comfortable bed! The continental breakfasts were quite nice with healthy options also, and lots of choices for a hot drink. We stayed in the hotel last night for food too very nice penko prawns and green vegetables. Thank you to all the staff you do an incredible job

Stayed here twice over past few weeks, in different rooms. They are perfectly fine to stay for a night or two. Ok, rooms could do with a bit of modernising, but are, on the whole, clean. The beds are very comfortable, bedding spotlessly clean. Bathrooms are extremely clean too and tbh, are no worse than a Travelodge or Premier Inn bathroom, so no need to modernise. Good showers with constant hot water. Didn't use bar area, but looks fine. If you're going to Pink Punters, you'll be laughing as it's directly over the road.

Basic hotel and basic rooms. The room had only one towel, they advertise hairdryer but you have to collect from reception. Also no toilet roll in the room.

Parking is available but you have to pay.

Breakfast was simple and also dinner menu is very limited. The fish and chips tasted nice but for halal or vegetarian, not many options.

The service is slow from reception. Staff to bar staff. Have to wait a long time to be served.

Also a note to remember is they don’t have sky sports. So can’t watch all sporting events here.

Travelled in the evening via some dodgy roads - not the hotels fault - directions were quite clear. Location in very residential area, opposite a club - mid week so potential noise not affecting the stay . Paid parking, with quite easy registration at the reception. Need the card to access the building and the entrance is not via reception so getting to the room was a bit of a hassle. Rooms clean but we were missing one set of towels.

Breakfast was pretty good - everything else, not so much. Arrived at what I thought was a late time, only to realise people were just arriving at the club over the roade! The windows, doors and walls are pretty thin, so had a night interrupted by revellers stumbling through the corridors, and the finale at the nightclub over the road just before 7am. The room itself was reasonably sized, could do with a bit of sprucing up, maybe some plug sockets near the bed, and a heater that doesn't beep loudly every time a button is pressed.
