A lovely welcome and the informative staff steered me towards the discounted parking. The lakeside location is cool and the hotel is pretty much brand new. The usual spec room was on offer and was immaculate, the bed was great, however I didn’t sleep well due to a very “active” couple on the floor above practicing their “gymnastics” all night into the early hours. After one off the wrist I did get back to a few hours sleep. Breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. Well done team I will return.

Extremely satisfied, the room was really clean and comfortable, just had a bit of a surprise with the bathroom as the water was too hot and couldn’t turn it to adjust it. The service was good, the lady that served me was really nice and kind. Would definitely recommend if you want to explore the quieter area of MK.

I was welcomed by the receptionist if you want to book in 30 minutes early £50 extra and go now to pay for your parking the machine is outside, do it now! Showed me the discount code at least. The room is big enough and there is a nice shower etc no fridge l except that costs extra, the WiFi is very, very poor they want you to upgrade to the ultimate, don't do it! Not much of an improvement. I am not convinced about the Eco thing leaving your towel on the floor or put it on the Rack and you have to ask reception to clean your room, which is from Covid-19 days and basically trying to save on labour and not employ people to work. The towel thing is to save money and not save the planet let's be honest.
The TV did get stuck on the channel guide and turns out it needs to be retuned and l popped down to reception in my Pj's and a very helpful man helped me, as l was concerned the TV would be on all night, so as it would not even switch off, the room had to be rebooted, so he flick the fuse switch and it was sorted, l was lucky as I had someone who could help, l know the receptionist who welcomed me would not even help me. The location is perfect and the Brewers Fayre is a family restaurant and you can get a bargain before 6pm and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast berry compote was still frozen at 7.30am, l was offered a variation in eggs, poached, fried etc the bacon was very fatty and the sausages were tasteless. At least the room was peaceful. Not convinced about leaving everything not in the waste bin and leave on the floor, considering my room was not cleaned because I was in a hurry and no one at the reception to ask to have my room cleaned.

Standard Premier inn in most respects, rooms and building to usual standards and was clean and restaurant next door does a good job. Lost a point as wifi wasnt great, TV wasn't fully functional (its a cheap brand) and would not switch off. You have to pay for parking (it's a reduced rate but the main rate feels inflated) which I would.normally expect to come free with the hotel. Worth noting if you self check in as you might be fooled into thinking it was free when you put your car details in.

Typical Premier Inn. Room was ok except sofa heavily stained. Many things around the hotel seemed to be about of order or not fully functional such as Wi-Fi, Vending machines, one of the self checkin kiosks, the in room TV and one of the lifts.

Additionally the mobile reception is very poor inside the hotel, that combined with the non existent WiFi leaves you rather disconnected. Some might be into that, others maybe not.

Rooms are also very noisy. If you are unfortunate enough to be checked in under a family room expect a lot of noise during your stay.

Yes its a Premier Inn, but this came with air con in the rooms. What a blessing during our stay on hot humid days! It made our stay perfect. Good clean room and no noise from other guests or road, perfect. Good location next to Willen Lake so facilities and recreation about. There was even a fair setting up next to the observation wheel. The only downside was having to pay for parking although Premier Inn give you a discount code as a guest. EV charging also on site. Yes we will use this hotel again when staying at MK, crikey we even walked to Centre:MK love all the parks, waterways and greenery.

After a shaky start to my stay, Afia at reception managed to get my ratings to 5 stars after managing an issue with a smile, she was very professional and friendly. A credit to Premier Inn. Fabulous location & Nice Clean rooms.

Booked in for the evening as we were going to Warner brothers studio and it wasnt too far away. Also next to a brewers fayre so we were able to get an evening meal. Rooms was clean and comfortable.
