An Excellent premier inn and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff are some of the best I have come across, nothing was too much trouble and all were so friendly. The staff in all positions of the hotel were fabulous. We ate at the restaurant too and the big stack burgers were delicious swilled down with some lovely wine. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff here are a credit to the premier inn. Well done. I would highly recommend this premier inn to everyone.

I had a really great experience staying here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the parking was convenient, the WiFi options were very useful. ||||The room was quiet and had everything I needed - plenty of plug sockets for charging phones, really comfy beds with extra pillows provided if needed, hanging space for my suit, lovely bath/shower, hairdryer with a light up mirror, blackout curtains, controllable heating, and a cute little coffee station. ||||The staff were really friendly and were able to help with everything I needed. ||||Overall a very good experience and very good value for money! Next time I stay in the area I will be sure to stay in this premiere inn again!

Hotel was in a great location for the party we wanted to attend. Staff were very welcoming, leaving chocolate coins in the room was a nice touch the kids loved it. No issues with getting to our room, reception and welcome were great. Lots of parking available. Food at breakfast the next day was good, hot food was cooked on order rather than made in bulk which was great. Service was brilliant.

Stayed here last night, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and breakfast was delicious. What made it the 5 * was the lovely receptionist Tracey, good customer service is hard to come by but this lovely lady had excellent customer service and I was delighted to be served by her again at breakfast. Thankyou Tracey for making our stay and the well wishes for my wedding day!

We have stayed here a few times and as always, the staff were so friendly and competant. All was great with the room, the heating controls worked intermittently, but the room was warm and very comfortable.|For the past 4 years we have stayed at Christmas and always had a treat in the room or on the counter outside so a little disappointed this time to have nothing at all. It always felt like they had gone above and beyond making Christmas away from home, special. However, everything else was great and the breakfast was delicious.... Thanks

Great stay at this hotel. Best thing about it is the staff!! The restaurant staff are unreal. They go over and above for you. Nothing is too much for them and the way they treated the kids were unbelievable. So relaxed and laid back and the kids were treated like royalty!! Morgan and Kerrie just made our night. The nicest people I've ever met. The food was great, not a clean plate in sight thank you Matt and Megan.

Back for a festive weekend visit. I’ve previously visited Crewe central before for a small stay and have decided to return and I am so glad that I have! The room is gorgeous and so spacious, the bed is large and comfortable with extra amenities if we were to run out. A large bathroom which has everything you could need and complimentary soap which smells gorgeous (so if you arrive and forget, you’re set !). We were been greeted by Caron who made checking in seamless. She was extremely helpful and wonderfully kind for our room, anything we might have needed she answered our questions we had regarding our stay which was really helpful. She further explained about our visit and even encouraged their new dining experience next door (which we’re glad she did - wow ! 🙂 ) |As we arrived later than planned we popped in for a late night dinner and it was so lovely ! I had their katsu curry and my partner had a mixed grill which was both cooked excellently. We had Kerrie as our waitress who was just as kind and helpful about the menu and choices we could make. Dinner arrived swiftly and Kerrie ensured we were well looked after and was extremely attentive and bubbly throughout which made dinner another highlight so we really couldn’t have asked for a better start to our trip. |Cannot wait to return for a 3rd time in future !

The staff members were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is undergoing some changes but the staff members went above and beyond to ensure all our meals were delicious. The meal deal was excellent value for money and the breakfast choice suited all.
