Be very careful when selecting this hotel unless you have plenty of back up options. They may cancel without warning and leave you stranded. My husband and I booked a room months ago for Silverstone taking place this weekend and OYO just cancelled our booking mere days away from the event. They have left us stranded with zero chances of getting any backup accomodation at all since all hotels and Airbnbs have been fully booked for months for Silverstone weekend. We booked directly with OYO precisely to avoid any issues if booking with a third party. OYO didn't care and still cancelled our booking, offered no explanation, except that they were selling the room again - I can only imagine they'd be able to get a much higher nightly rate now so close to the Silverstone event dates. So unprofessional and completely dismissive of consumer rights and ethical business standards. You cannot rely on them.

I am devastated that I have to write this review.But I had reserved a room at us placed in milton keyens by the lake side for an event i'm attending in august however after mere seconds, they cancelled my booking. And the lady who I called asked if there was anything they could do, so I asked for options and then she said nothing could be done. Then hung up on me. Not a great first impression and now I need to sort out something within the next 4 weeks as I'm travelling from Devon.
