This hotel is a bit older and is clean and serviceable, made pleasant with the Premier Inn room furnishing. The rooms are a good size and there is plenty of parking. ||||The room heater controls were a problem in both rooms that we had, in that the thermostat controls didn't work and the heater remained on all the time, unless switched off at the wall. The first room reached 27 degrees, the second 29 degrees overnight with the thermostat set to 19. The receptionist was happy for us to change rooms the first time, but for the second we didn't bother and managed the temperature for the rest of the stay by turning the heater on and off and opening the window.

First time staying at this premier inn and I have had a very pleasant experience. Lovely staff and great location, very close to the town and an easy walk. I requested a quiet room and the girl on reception was more than happy to help and gave me a room at the back of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Was not best pleased, I did attempt to speak to staff but none were about.
We were in room 25, located on ground floor. It was extremely noisy all 3 nights, there were people running around upstairs, banging and crashing.
Each morning there was banging and crashing early on by staff, going in and out of a fire exit outside our window with big crates.
There were black hairs in the bath and stuck on the shower head.
Our mugs were dirty and there were no spoons.
The room was just absolutely boiling hot each night, no matter what we did, opened window and turned on fan, it didn't help. I did see the signs to ask reception for a sheet, but this would have been no good. Needs sorting.
When we arrived in room, we discovered duct tap over smoke alarm and tv standby button. This must have been previous person in room and should have been picked up by staff.

I chose the Premier Inn at Nantwich as I was attending a business meeting locally.|It is an easy walk into the center of Nanwich but the hotel is on the outskirts of the town in a lovely setting.|The hotel was very clean and the rooms provided all the necessary things you would expect in a room. For example tea, coffee, kettle, extra pillows and a fan (no air-con) but I wouldn't have needed it anyway as the room was sufficiently large enough to keep cool with the use of the fan.|Emily the receptionist was polite and friendly on arrival and available to help if I needed it.|Only thing is that The Premier Inn does not provide food but there is a lovely pub next door.|I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I visited this premier inn as part of a solo holiday in the area of Crewe (a lovely town, I may add). As a regular connoisseur of this type of hotel, I was expecting your run-of-the-mill premier inn: basic and cheap, with average bar food. Rather, I was pleasantly surprised by an array of wonderful aspects to my stay - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the pillows plump and the food offered by The Peacock, adjoining pub, was of outstanding quality. Not only this, but the location was perfect! A short walk to nearby bustling town of Nantwich, or if you prefer a rural atmosphere there is also the cheerful village of Willaston boasting a farm shop and a traditional sports pub. Should you wish to visit the historical railway town of Crewe, a short car trip (or a longer walk for those who enjoy a stroll!) will get you there in no time.||Overall, I was blown away by my marvellous stay. You would be silly not to stay here!

Excellent soap. The quality of soap provided (free of charge) was of a standard I’d expect from a much more upmarket hotel chain. Well done Premier Inn Nantwich, thanks to your excellent soap, I could go about my business trip with squeaky clean, and well nourished armpits.

Ideal for what we wanted the accessible room was awesome for an older person but the room I was given was looking a little sorry for itself. Pub next door though is ideal for evening meals.
