I stayed at the Doubletree for 2 night to attend a conference. I had a King room overlooking the stadium. Great choice of food for breakfast that catered for those wanting a cooked breakfast or cereal, yogurt, fruit or pastries. The only issue was that there were only two machines for hot drinks and at times queues were long. Conference facilities were good with a number of different sized room available for different size meetings or conferences. ||The lunchtime buffet was poor and if you’re trying to eat healthy go over the road to M&S and pick up your own lunch. ||Parking is available on site ( but you do need to pay for this using the ring-go app).||My bedroom was great. Lots of space with a kingsize bed. Comfy chair and a desk with chair if you need to work. The bathroom had a bath with a powerful overhead shower. Soft furnishings were of a good standard and the room was clean.||Would happily recommend.

Stayed at this unique property while attending a nearby hobby show. The hotel is located inside the soccer stadium for the Milton Keynes Dons. Rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Game days are a bit different, but not a problem. Excellent room service. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. The staff were very helpful and patient, especially with this Yank.

It was our first stay in a hotel with a disabled person using a wheelchair,we were concerned but ours was great and the bathroom was so set up appropriately with easy access and plenty of disabled aids. The room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would visit again. Thank you for making our first hotel stay less stressful.

Really nice hotel with a clean spacious room. Everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Infact this was probably better than some 5 star establishments. Had a lovely view of an empty stadium!!!.felt like a view from a VIP box. Really great!!!. Staff member at the reception was really polite to and gave us free cookies.Thank you so much!!!!

Stayed for one night as a stop over. Really friendly welcome on reception and the warm cookie was delicious! Thought room was fantastic for the price. Lovely pitch view, spotlessly clean and maybe the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Breakfast in the morning was also lovely. ||Only downside was the noise. None of the corridor or room doors are soft close and they slam VERY fast behind you. The hotel is also situated on a large car park and could hear boy racers throughout the night (but I know that’s not the hotel’s fault). ||Would definitely return but think they could do with some new doors😄 Thank you for a fab stay otherwise!

I booked the King Junior Suite with a pitch-facing view (The Chairman’s Suite) as a Christmas gift for my partner, who is an MK Dons fan. We were both looking forward to it as it was a special treat and we hadn’t stayed in a suite before, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations.||The room was very spacious but one of the main issues we had was the temperature in the room, it was very cold and we tried adjusting the heating but it never seemed to work properly. ||The view was very good, although a large patio obstructed it, with mismatched chairs and a bin in sight, which took away from the view a bit.||The room supposed to include two pairs of slippers and bathrobes, but we only found one pair of slippers, and one of the bathrobes was missing its belt. The decor felt outdated in areas, especially the red leather sofa, which was uncomfortable. The TV was also positioned in an awkward place, not directly in front of the sofa as you’d imagine.||On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep. I loved the bathroom, which had a double sink and an excellent shower with very hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options.||If you’re an MK Dons fan, the unique experience might make it worthwhile, but I wouldn’t recommend going in with high expectations. Perhaps if I booked a standard room I wouldn’t have complained, but given the premium price of the suite, I expected much more in terms of quality and attention to detail.

The hotel is as you'd expect- clean, tidy, comfortable rooms (although the mattress was a bit firm for my taste); but I really wanted to write the review based on the service received from Fay at breakfast. ||My daughter (7) asked if there were any pancakes, and there weren't; which wouldn't have been an issue at all, but Fay said that they sometimes have them on for the MK Dons players, and that she'd go to speak to the chef; cut to 10 minutes later and my Daughter is tucking into a big plate of pancakes with strawberries and bananas. ||There was no need for Fay to do that, but she really went above and beyond to provide a great service, chatting to us and other guests. It made my Daughters' day- she already thought it was the poshest hotel she'd stayed at (and she's right!), but she's convinced its the best breakfast anywhere in the world now! So a big thank you to Fay, as it was a little touch like that, that would have me staying with my family again and again.
