I stayed here for 4 nights this week for business reasons. I found the place in a great location, ample parking with a clean and spacious room and i enjoyed the meals. I found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Daniel and Ash for the pleasant chats when ordering drinks at the bar. They are a credit to the team.

We stopped here to break up a long journey in heavy snow. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. My only criticism is the breakfast food area is a little small so it got a bit crowded. But the breakfast food was good, and included in the price. Good value.

We have stayed here many times before and it has always been excellent. We were here to do some Christmas shopping and enjoy the lights in the Centre.

Our room (#374) was as usual of a very good size, lovely bed and bathroom. Breakfast was very generous and tasty.

On the negatives though, the room was very difficult to find! There were signs indicating the way but we ended up at the end of a corridor with no indication that we had to go through an odd door. A simple sign of the door much needed. The room was very cold and it was not clear how the heating worked. In the end we had to borrow a heater and the room eventually warmed up sufficiently. There was a courtesy light under the bathroom sink that did not turn off so was left on all night! very annoying.

The breakfast, although plentiful and tasty could have been a lot hotter.

Day before arrival i rang up to check that the hotel knew we needed a cot putting up for our baby. The lady on the phone said she'd make a note on the system to ensure there was a cot and sofa-bed made up for our children. On arrival 15:40 We were told that our room wasn't ready due to the fact we needed a room big enough for the bed, cot and sofa bed. Our baby had been sick in the car and desperately needed a wash ans change. We waited 20 minutes and was given a voucher for a free drink each. Went up to our room and there wasn't a cot set up. Went back down to reception and told them, even tho we had been waiting for an extra 20 mins for it to be done for us. The manger and house keeping lady came up and squeezed the cot infront of the telly. We weren't given any extra room to accommodate a cot and sofa bed. Wasn't very happy with our 3 night stay this time. Breakfast was good tho.

Something has happened to holiday inn over the past few years, where their price has come down but their standards have risen. This was a wonderful place and a great stay. Great value. We got in after a hellish journey and were welcomed really kindly. They had some free Halloween sweets on, which was a cute touch. The woman who welcomed us was charming and clear in instruction.

Breakfast was delicious and in abundance.

I really would genuinely stay again. Suppose only other thing they could have is a gym or a pool or something, but for the price it was great value!

As a Holiday Inn timeshare owner, I was very disappointed with my stay at this location. While the staff were friendly, the experience overall was far below expectations. The carpet in the room was filthy and heavily stained, the rooms themselves felt outdated and very poor lighting. It’s clear the photos on the website were taken when the property was new, as they don’t reflect the current state of the accommodations.

Basic amenities were lacking—there weren’t any washcloths provided, only hand and bath towels, which was frustrating. Despite being a tidy guest who always leaves rooms in great condition, I stayed for five days and had to request that housekeeping vacuum and change the sheets.

Having stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in China just a month ago, this experience felt especially underwhelming in comparison. All rooms are the same, don't expect to be upgraded as a status member.

The only positive aspect were the black out blinds and convenient location for my travel purpose.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to or recommending this property.

We booked to stay here as a base for travelling to Blenheim Palace and Bletchley Park over a weekend. We were really pleased with our choice - room was comfortable clean and warm, the hotel was very very busy but the staff at breakfast worked hard to replenish and. the breakfast choices were fine, there was The Harvester pub right opposite which we ate at the first night and that was also absolutely ok. Reception staff quick to assist and very helpful and friendly. Extremely good value for the money we paid.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff who briefly took us through what to expect being at the hotel. Their guest room was very clean, cosy and felt comfortable. A wide range of breakfast made our mornings even better. We had a wide parking space in the front and rear of the hotel to park our car at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is on any type of visit to Milton Keynes.
