I had such a great stay here! Kulsoma was amazing—so kind and helpful, and she made the check-in process a breeze. Gareth as well was so welcoming and brought such great energy to the reception desk. The whole team was quite friendly! The location is spot-on too, with everything nearby and easy to get to. I've stayed here a handful of times, would definitely recommend!

This evening Chris and Gareth checked me into the easy hotel. Their customer service was second to none and it was lovely to be greeted by a friendly face, after such a stressful drive. They explained thoroughly where my room was and gave clear
Directions of the area I was in. Was so grateful for their help and would definitely stay here again.

Kris the receptionist was amazing during my visit! He greeted me with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location is also great—easy to access and surrounded by plenty of amenities. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to Kris and the wonderful setting! Will definitely be back soon

Perfect location for my stay! The room was smaller than I had thought, but very clean and kept. Gideon at front was always available when I had questions and gave me some great recommendations on nearby hotspots. Great service and great views. Would recommend.

So members of staff like to come into your room without warning or knocking whilst your getting changed first thing in the morning, way before check out time and all the manager can say is the member of staff was confused. Completely unacceptable, only offered me a 10% off my next stay, like I would come back there! Can't even complain to head office as the submit request on the actual website is broken, stay clear of easy hotels

I currently stayed at the easy hotel Milton Keynes. I stayed in a room with no window and I can say I loved every minute of it, the room was extremely clean. Beds are comfortable would definitely recommend.

The staff are extremely approachable and helpful I had the pleasure of dealing with Celine and Raj Great assets to easy hotel. So be assured if they’re working you will definitely be looked after just as I was.

Nice place. Pleasant atmosphere. Good rate. The service from Kolsuma was unbelievable. From the moment we checked in, she made sure we are fine & everything alright with us. Definitely recommend this place for a nice stay
