Travelodge Milton Keynes at The Hub - Milton Keynes

The location of this hotel is prime, positioned in the centre of Milton Keynes and within a walking distance from some great locations. Unfortunately we were disturbed by drilling at 5am, which isn't the hotels doing, but confirmation that the rooms aren't soundproof (although not too surprising). The rooms have some questionable designs, such as the bathroom tap barely overlooking the sink, leading to water going anywhere but the sink, and the weird walk in shower? Everything else about the room was fairly standard, beds were good, had all the storage compartments you need when traveling, and the coffee station too. The buffet breakfast is what you expect, and goes on for a good amount of time too!
The site is very accessible and easy to find too.

Very basic, cheap, no frills accommodation for Central MK. Service in the cafe is good, but housekeeping is lacklustre and had to be chased up in order for us to get fresh towels. We then waited 2 hours and still didn't get our towels until I returned to reception and "reminded" them. I can't say the service is terrible, just non-existent.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge The Hub in Milton Keynes. While the first night wasn’t ideal due to a disturbance on the floor and a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, as a result had a almost sleepless night, the morning truly turned things around thanks to the amazing breakfast team.||The dining and kitchen team Kelly, Ricky, Giovanna and Richard were amazing ! They were friendly, helpful, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly despite the busy morning rush. The breakfast room was lovely, with fresh, well-stocked hot food, and the team ensured the area was spotless and welcoming.||Their excellent service made all the difference!

Very thin walls. Loud noises from neighbours. The washroom is not good. AC vent keeps making weird noises.

Only good thing is the location and proximity to good restaurants and bars.

The room was clean and big. Our bed was very comfortable, the pillows were clean and the shower was hot, even at 1 am. The staff is very friendly and help where they can. Best price for service in my opinion.

Nice location and spacious rooms with good breakfast. Staff especially Kelly, Richard and Ricky were diligent. I extended my stay to 4-days. |Another good thing Free Parking was really bonus.|It was at cheapest price in UK and I had family of 5 so booked 2 rooms for 4 days.

The room was clean and well appointed, the staff were all utterly brilliant. The only hiccup in my stay was that I forgot to work out the route to the place I was going and picked a hotel further away than expected (entirely my fault).
Richards in the bar/restaurant was a delight in the morning and Kelly was fantastic in the evening.

Great stay and fab breakfast Kelly was so welcoming and Ricky, Richard and Giovanna kept everything nicely stocked! Lovely fresh fruit and nice coffee!|Perfect hangover cure after fun night in MK. Hotel great location for a night out in the hub.
