In 13 nights I stayed, not once did my room get a clean, hoover, bins emptied, fresh towel or bed linen, etc. Website says 'daily housekeeping' and this is not the case at all. When I asked staff on multiple occasions, they promised responses, some didn't even know the answer and eventually I gave up asking. The price was only just cheaper than a Travelodge, but far from the standard. Carpet was heavily stained and smelt bad. Staff were rude when they questioned me about parking access. I also didn't know it was a student accommodation site, I feel this is not advertised very well at all. Bins were overflowing around the outside of the properties the whole time. Only good thing was the location and the locks/key card access. No amenities in the room as advertised (e.g. fridge/kettle). It's all communal places which are far from my room and out the way for me to go too.

There is no signage to get here. The parking is miles away from the accommodation. This place is student accommodation. Wish they advertised this on the website. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. It’s cheap but it’s worth paying another £20 and staying somewhere better.
