Wow! ||What can I say?! Adam has done an incredible job with Havisham House. It is beautifully decorated and he is a kind and helpful host. ||We stayed very last minute but Adam was so accommodating. The house is gorgeous, clean and the beds beautifully comfortable. ||Your room has everything you need and Adam provides and delicious breakfast. ||The garden looked gorgeous too even in a December drizzle. Would love to explore this in the summer. ||Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and a superb stay Adam. We will be back!

My partner and I stayed to visit friends for New Years eve. The location is lovely and quiet with a few select but varied restaurants nearby. The accommodation is beautiful and decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are very comfortable and gave everything you need for a stay away from home. Anything else beyond that Adam is the host with the most, a wonderful man who will ensure you're stay is as comfortable as possible and you feel as welcome as possible. The garden is beautiful..despite the rain we still wandered around it as its full of so many beautiful shrubs and plants ..can't wait to go back in warmer weather and sit outside in the sunshine in the garden. I rarely write reviews, but after staying at Havisham House over the New Year I am delighted to be writing a review for this exceptional Guest House in Woburn. A very discreet sign by the front door welcomes you to Havisham House which is on the main road as you drive into Woburn. Having been completely refurbished by the owner, Adam, about 7 years ago, the house is decorated and furnished quite beautifully, and clearly with exceptional designer taste. My room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and a lovely ensuite shower room, and everything was spotless. Additional touches such as the jars offering different teas, and a coffee machine in every bedroom were just the cherry on the cake. I would urge you to take a look at the website, which provides great photos which do full justice to this wonderfully designed guest house which is themed ‘Great Expectations’, and if you decide on a trip to Woburn and choose this as your accommodation you won’t be disappointed.

Where do I start?! I had long coveted staying in this extremely appealing B&B for my birthday stay including a day out at Bletchley Park. This was based on the fact I love the book Great Expectations and the decor looked divine. Well I was not disappointed! An absolutely gorgeous, tasteful, superbly adorned house which I found stunning. The owner, Adam, is an absolute diamond who made us feel so welcome from the minute we turned up, he genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Havisham House was as warm and cosy as he was. Adam knew it was my birthday and the day we were going to Bletchley Park he so kindly had bought be a gift and a card. Totally unexpected and really not necessary, but hugely appreciated. Adam was able to offer advice on where to eat, he knows his stuff, we were delighted with where he suggested. Honestly, we were blown away by the high end, totally top notch house, absolutely beautiful and Adam’s hospitality is superb - I’d have pinched him and brought him back with me up North, but I’m not sure he would have been too keen !! I highly recommend and I want to go back later next year. Loved every minute of our stay!

Adam was a life saver. We stayed at Havisham House after not wanting to stay in an awful Airbnb we had booked. Adam waited up for us to get to the house even though it was very late. We had a friendly welcome and the whole hotel and room was simply gorgeous. ||We had a wonderful night sleep in a comfortable bed. And then came down to a delicious family style breakfast. ||Adam is just the most welcoming, kind host. ||We will be back next year! ||Thank you Adam 🙂

Fantastic quaint guest house with a lovely owner in Adam with his warm welcome. Beautiful clean rooms with super decor. Wonderful breakfast with all different granola cereals and my boily egg and toast was perfect.|I will defo be going back and this time with my wife who's going to love it.|Many thanks Adam see you in the new year.

What a treat! We stayed for one night only, but had a lovely stay with a very friendly host. Beautifully decorated rooms and house. Attention to detail is amazing. Lovely location right in the center of Woburn. Would highly recommend - we will surely be back.
