We had a fantastic experience!
Me and my partner booked the deep tissue combination massage and it did not disappoint. Pia and Ladda listened to our requirements, they were excellent, professional and very knowledgeable, we had neck and shoulder pain, we felt very relaxed after massage and this really helped us to feel better.

If you’re looking for the best Thai massage, Ruen massage will be the perfect place for you! I highly recommend this place and will be definitely returning to try other types of massages xx

Me and my partner booked couple massage and we had an incredible experience and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting, with soft music, warm lighting that instantly set the tone for relaxation. Both of us, have never had Thai massage before, but the therapists were very attentive, knowledgeable and ensured that the pressure was just right throughout the session. We both left feeling so much better and will be definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!

Had such an amazing time with Pia at the ‘Ruen Thai Spa’ with a couples massage for me and my partner! She was very thoughtful of my experience and knew exactly how to help with my back pain. Our full body treatment was the best massage we have had and the whole time we were made to feel relaxed and so comfortable with all the staff there. Worst thai massage ever, never come back, recommend to avoid this place.
Let clarify the things mentioned. When we are doing an online booking, the option to choose a massage therapist is absolutely pointless, with no photos with the therapist, no age mentioned, just a blind choice by the name, or if available. With all my respect for the elderly people, my therapist was at the same age as my nan, and the only massage she had done for about 10 minutes was to step with her feet on my back, that's it. When I've decided to leave, she mentioned that she could use her hands if I liked so. If I like I consider that I should totally be refunded for my second payment of 45 pounds, the first payment of 15 pounds nonrefundable, because I've made the mistake of stepping in your facility and bothering you. Thank you
