Well, where do I start? Unfortunately, this has been the most unprofessional service I have ever received. Firstly, my consultation was cancelled because Michelle hurt her back; the second appointment was cancelled as she had an MRI appointment. The last session was cancelled at the last minute, once again due to her being unwell. I understand that life happens; however, four cancellations in one month is truly unacceptable. Michelle had no issue taking my money but seemed to have difficulty actually doing the work I paid for. I'm so glad I paid by credit card, as it allowed me to file a dispute.

When I politely requested a refund, she refused, stating she had bought the products specifically for me and, therefore, couldn’t offer a full refund for the facials. I asked for a refund a second time after the fourth and final cancellation, knowing I would not be returning.

I always try to be fair in my reviews, so I can say that I have been using the recommended products and found them to be good. However, they were extremely expensive; I paid £350 for five products. I am also unsure about the accuracy of the skin analysis, as it indicated I had a skin age of 41 and recommended products aimed at ageing rather than acne, which was my original concern. Since this unfortunate experience, I have found another clinic in the area with prices and work ethic that are a hundred times better!

Overall, I personally would not recommend this service. Firstly, it is very overpriced, and secondly, I don’t believe Michelle is a very good professional. This was just my experience, and it may be different for others.

Michelle is an excellent aesthetician. I've been coming to her for 3 years after moving away from London and struggling to find a quality and reputable aesthetician. Michelle always makes you feel at ease during the treatment and makes herself available to answer any questions post-appointment.
