Shay was amazing. Super friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I got a deep tissue massage done and she did an amazing job. I had a few knots in my mid to lower back and asked her to focus those areas. After the massage she told me it would feel a bit tender the next day and wow did I feel it!
But after a day recover and plenty of water my back feels amazingly light and so much better. Highly recommend Shay. I will certainly be coming back.

Absolutely recommend. Even when I misunderstood communication she was accommodating and even tried rearranging at short notice. The environment was calm and In terms of the massage itself I definitely felt relaxed. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and will certainly be making another appointment within the next 3 months.

I went to Much Kneaded for a massage and i can honestly say she is the best in Milton Keynes. I had pain on my shoulder on and off for a while and after seeing Shay it has completely gone. Her clinic is beautiful and relaxing and her knowledge, kindness and passion is unmatched. Highly recommended Much Kneaded!!!
