I ordered a gift certificate for a colleague and had it emailed. Apparently the spafinder business is treated as spam by corporate emails, and immediately could not be delivered once I hit send. I had to ask the person for their private email address - defeating the purpose- and resent. Three hours later, still not there. The company offers "live phone support" 12 hours a day - except no one has answered the phone or returned messages since 8 this morning. Do NOT use this service for any professional contacts - just embarrassing.

Total scam! Was given a £50 voucher which states it never expires and when I went to use it... it had expired. The company are offering to replace the card with another voucher but I've called 5 times and I always get the same response. It's in the post. I've reported them to trading standards and suggest you stay well away from them.

Don't ever give this company your email since you will never get rid of them. I unsubscribed multiple times and emailed them to remove me from their list but they simply don't know the basics marketing etiquette.

I would recommend to stay away from companies that do business in that manner as far as possible. .
