Been going to this gym for a while now, it really is the best gym I've ever been to, the lads that run it are SO helpful, anything you need to know, I felt comfortable from day one! No one judges, people are there to help. I've never seen so much machinery in a gym, they've managed to pack it out with so much for everyone. Sauna in each gender changing room, the bathrooms are always so clean. I love going here. 💪

I’m a visiting temporary member (my wife’s family is English and lives nearby), and my home gym for over 15 years is Golds Gym in Venice Beach California where Arnold Schwarzenegger trains. My personal trainer is Mike Ryan, who trained The Rock, so I know a thing or two about bodybuilding. I’ve been to many gyms in my life, and this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Huge selection of quality equipment, Italian machines I’ve never seen before, and great quality free weights. Highly recommend this place! So glad I found my gym at my home away from home.

This gym is overall a real good place to train. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Friendly top staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shefford.

Probably the friendliest gym I’ve ever been a member of. It’s not the cheapest gym, as seems to be the business model nowadays, but, if you pay a bit more, you get top notch equipment. There’s a great atmosphere here and it’s open when you want. The app is great too, you can see how busy it is and tailor your times to suit. If you want to train with motivated like minded individuals of all ages then this is the place to go.
