I went here for my first professional massage after suffering with some time with various pains. Lara could not have made me feel more comfortable if she tried; she was friendly and welcoming whilst at the same time maintaining professionalism and I could not have asked for a better experience. I only wish I lived locally so I could come back more frequently! Because I am not local she gave me some advice and shared her knowledge with me so that I could go on to help myself back home and hopefully be on the mend. I felt she went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was experiencing and I could not recommend her more.
My experience was lovely from start to finish, even the greeting I got from the lady behind the reception put me at ease.

I have been a frequent customer for quite a while now and I am so impressed by the quality of Wellbeing Massage. It's set in the beautiful Historic Rochester location. The staff are dedicated to providing a truly immersive relaxation and physical rehabilitation experience. The hygiene standards are impeccable, as is the customer service. Everything is easily accessible online. Since the makeover, the rooms are almost soundproof. A special thank you to George who is always incredibly kind, helpful, and has such a intricate depth of knowledge regarding muscular and skeletal issues.

On the 31st of October, after train trip from Paris, came to Rochester to visit my family and my Lovely sister offered me a massage session at 3.00 in the afternoon. Ans what a delighr. I had a Lot of very good and efficient massage and SPA Expérience and this one was so far THE BEST. Thanks to Annicka (or Anita sorry) take so good care of me, my neck make me suffer for weeks and in 45 min massage she gave me back a stressless and not hurting anymore neck (until this Days) a 5 star service and massage. If you in Rochester please take the Time to relax and have a massage there.
