Danny Crittenden is fantastic! I had an initial phone conversation with him in early March, during which he invited me to join a class to see if it was right for me. On that call, he was personable and incredibly helpful. When I visited the Village Gym on 8 March, I met Danny in person. He was highly professional, very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. Danny clearly explained the gym membership options and benefits, and he did not misrepresent anything. Naturally, I signed up! Since then, I have attended several classes and thoroughly enjoyed them. It's important to recognise that sometimes, the first person you speak to about a service can significantly influence your decision to join or not!

I have been a member of Village Gym Maidstone for over a year now, all the staff are great there and always willing to help or give advice. Danny in particular has been amazing in getting my membership sorted straight away. I can't recommend enough! Top service thank you. Just joined 😎 was greeted by Danny, he was very knowledgeable and covered all my questions and i felt very welcomed! I was a past member when the Village was first opened, glad I came back, it's bigger and better than ever! Did an Aqua class today Brilliant!!! Can not wait for my next visit!

I joined the gym to recover my fitness after a long period of being confined to bed which left me very physically weak. So I’m best suited to doing the more gentle classes (nice and easy and young at heart) which are both on twice a week. But it is becoming increasingly difficult to attend these classes as they always have a waiting list as they are so popular. Please can we have more ‘gentle’ classes on the schedule for those who want to improve their fitness in a low impact class?

Loved my previous visits so much i wanted to leave a review for the great service ive recieved, especially Jessica Brauns from leisure sales who is always welcoming and goes out of her way to help explain some things to me when ive looked confused before, which is very helpful for someone like me who struggles to ask for directions or help with how to use certain equipments. Such a lovely place with welcoming and friendly staff, and such a beautiful swimmimg area. I definately reccommend.

Had a tour of the gym and pool from Jess this morning and it was so welcoming and friendly. She helped me with the sign up process and gave me lots of encouragement to meet my goals. Booked in with a PT for an introductory session and was given a free coffee from Starbucks too! Can’t wait to get going with my journey 🙂
