BEWARE! THEY WILL LIE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY and hold your details without you knowing! I had a treatment in November for laser hair removal. I used Fresha to make deposit payment for the consultation which was fine and was seen by the gent who then booked me in for the following week for treatment to three areas costing over £300. I attended this appointment, received treatment and paid in full at the end. The lady asked if I would like to rebook for the next appointment needed at around 6 weeks. I was unsure if I wanted another treatment as I wasn't sure how I would react. Instead not yet so she told me she would 'pencil me in' and if I wanted to proceed I would need to confirm by paying deposit using Fresha, she was clear that if I did not pay deposit it would NOT be booked. I did not attend and on the day received a FAKE invoice stating I had received treatment on my back. They then proceeded to take £100 out of my account, without my permission, without my knowledge that they were holding my bank details. (The appointment in which I received treatment and paid, I used my card in a card payment terminal. They keep lying to both Monzo(my bank) and fresha stating i had booked and paid a deposit but the deposit payment was for the initial booking which i did receive. Monzos policy is to only look into once and because i made one deposit payment apparently this is justification to charge as much as anyone wants for no treatment. I can understand cancellation fee and policies but they have lied, i received no additional treatment and I didn't even book nor confirmed or pay deposit for this. I will be taking this to civil court. It's not the money, it's fraud! Also to add, called them three times on various numbers they provided to sort dispute with no answer or response despite leaving voicemails. DISGUSTING

I couldn't be happier right now. Thank you so much, Dan! You did an amazing job with my eyebrow tattoo removal. Previously, I had two laser treatments at another clinic, but they didn't work on my eyebrows. Dan truly worked a miracle!

Had my first laser treatment today to remove a number of unwanted tattoos. Clear Skin provided me with the best service and treatment I could have wanted. The clinic is a very clean environment with the best equipment available, and with staff performing at the highest possible standard.
My procedure was fully explained to me before we started and took just a few minutes to perform with my comfort being considered at all times. An after care plan was also clearly explained and provided for.
All in all I would say I received the best treatment available and although I live in Canterbury where there are other laser tattoo removal clinics, I will definitely be returning to Clear Skin in Rochester, should I need to, for my final treatment.

Dan has been removing a large hand tattoo for me see a difference each time it's been a big job because of a lot of deep ink .Dan's a top man his studio is extremely clean to a high standard he's very polite and thoughtful highly recommended 👌🏼

Brilliant clinic! I visited the Clear skin clinic for tattoo removal of my radiotherapy tattoos that were required for my cancer treatment. The clinic offers radiotherapy tattoo removal for cancer patients free of charge using the advanced PicoSure laser technology.

The clinic was very clean and tidy and staff were very kind and professional. I was seen by Dan who explained everything very well and answered any questions I had. As a result I wasn’t nervous at all and the procedure was very quick with very little discomfort. The laser doesn’t burn the skin at all and I had no bleeding or scarring of any kind. I was really happy with the procedure and the staff. The technology is exclusive and offered in only a few clinics so feel lucky to have been offered this.

Amazing results from my 1st laser hair removal session with Dan at Clear Skin. I’ve noticed significant hair reduction after just one session!!! I’m finally getting the results I’ve been trying to get after having 12 sessions elsewhere that didn’t work at all. Really looking forward to finishing the course as I know I’ll be completely hair free!!
Dan is very professional and made me feel very comfortable, the clinic is clean, he has all the best and latest equipment and the prices are competitive too.

I came to this clinic for eyebrow/microblading laser removal, and travelled over an hour each way which I hope indicates that they're the best clinic in Kent.
With the laser removal being visible on my face, dealing with a load of unknowns (eg. Inks used ect), I was really nervous - however the knowledge and professionalism of Dan has led to the near complete removal of some badly botched brows (final results still in the works).
Amazing, would encourage and recommend to anyone seeking the same treatment.
