Lovely accommodation but being next to a busy road it can get noisy. Very comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Moniker is a really nice host .

We needed to stay here at short notice, and Kevin was very amenable to our needs, organising a room and making it affordable for us. Despite the guest house being on the main road, it was very quiet, which was just what we needed. The room was simple but comfortable and clean and Kevin was more than happy to refresh the room and replenish items while we were out during the day, we would recommend this place for those who want something affordable, unpretentious but warm and comfortable.

What a lovely guest house! We stayed for the night whilst attending a wedding, booked a fee months in advance.
The chap that owns it was very informative, friendly, open and helpful.
The room was very clean, had tea and coffee and a shower room with toiletries.
The beds were comfy and the bedding was obviously clean and looked after.
Would definitely recommend!

Bed room with ensuite no breakfast purely guest rooms small but adequate and spotless ideal for exploring local area. Restricted parking facilities
It is situated on the road through an industrial estate so rather noisy .
A good cafe Leigh's next to the Gulf station ideal for a breakfast to last you all day .
Easy walking distance into Aylesford .

I rang Kevin very last minute with a request for a room for 2 nights. He was extremely helpful and managed to accommodate me on really short notice. He even made allowances for the fact I would be arriving extremely late.||The room itself was lovely, stylish and clean with everything you need in it. Kevin himself is a brilliant host. He was really helpful, provided menus and information of local places to eat and was always reachable by phone (e.g. when I had to tell him I was going to be even later than planned arriving). ||||I would definitely stay here again.

We were going to attend a birthday party at Aylesford Rugby Club, & the B&B came up as being fairly near the venue. We'd stayed in a hotel a mile down the road once before, & decided we didn't want to go back there, so I contacted A B&B. Kevin told me that they weren't doing breakfast at present, pending building works, but that there were places nearby where it could be found.|| We arrived in the afternoon, & found the house, which looks as if it was once a pub, & sits on a corner in a busy road. Aylesford is known for its paper-mills, & this road is a link to the M20. However, as we found, the double-glazing minimised the noise, & we weren't unduly disturbed. Welcomed by Kevin, who gave us lots of helpful information, including a taxi number as we didn't want to drink & drive that evening, we were shown a room that was of a good size, with a small cabin bathroom. There was a tray with tea/coffee makings, & the bed was large, and comfortable. || The evening went well, & then we enjoyed a good night's sleep. Next morning, we found that the shower didn't want to be more than lukewarm, so perhaps that could be sorted out? Kevin said that there was a Diner on the A229 Bluebell Hill a couple of miles away where we could get a good breakfast. We paid ÂŖ47 for our overnight stay, & our breakfast - excellent - was ÂŖ15 for two, so an overall cost of ÂŖ62, which we thought was pretty good. We'll stay again if the need arises.

Very welcoming bed and breakfast. Rooms are clean and large with a modern flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are comfy - my sister, nephew and I all had excellent nights sleep. At ÂŖ43 for one night (breakfast was not included), I found Aylesford Bed and Breakfast to be excellent value for money.
