we have just returned from a 3 night stay and spent much of our journey home down the A1 discussing how much we had enjoyed the weekend . Jim and Kate could not be more welcoming hosts .What struck us upon arrival was just how lovely and warm the hotel was, We had a great room, superviews across unspoilt countryside and there was absolutely no noise to worry about . A pint of ale in the cosy bar preceded an excellent meal on all 3 evenings. Breakfast was equally impressive and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts . you would pay twice as much for somewhere like this in the Cotswolds and I doubt it would be as good .We are already planning a second trip in the Autumn with both Southwell and Market Rasen race courses not that far away .

Had a lovely afternoon tea here with my mum. Venue lovely, light and airy and spacious. The tables were nicely separated so you could have a good chat. The portions were all light and delicate and the service was second to none. Would go again

Overnight stay on a business trip and usually stay in Hull city centre. Decided to try Cleatham Hall for a change. It's a perfect oasis of peace and tranquility in a countryside setting. Friendly hospitality. Luxurious but not pretentious. Lovely rooms and food. Have added this to our recommended places lists for my colleagues as well.

We have just visited Cleatham Hall for an afternoon tea and following the fantastic food and service wanted to highlight just what a great venue this is. The owners Jim and Kate made us feel like good friends in fact it felt like we had just gone to visit friends for tea. Although travelling an hour to get to Cleatham Hall it was definitely well worth it and would highly recommend people visit. Thanks again for the welcome and great food.

A wonderfully relaxing stay.
We enjoyed a beautiful king sized bedroom with en-suite slipper bathroom. Stunning architecture and outstanding views.
We were looked after impeccably by Jim, Kate, Ian and the rest of the friendly and professional staff.
