We were met by Judy with a very friendly welcome and cup of tea/coffee. Our room had twin beds which were comfortable and a reasonable size en-suite. Everything was spotless. The view over the well kept garden and fields was enjoyed by us both. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay.|Judy’s local knowledge proved invaluable both in recommending us good pubs for an evening meal and also suggesting places we might like to visit. |We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay at Greenfield Farm and would definitely return if we were in the area.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a stay at Greenfield Farm. Our only reservation was that our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. Our hostess, Judy, left a note in the room explaining that this was a result of Covid.. Being elderly ourselves we can understand the reasoning because we still take precautions ourselves. What we cannot understand is why we were not given advance warning, either on the Website or when booking. Sadly my wife did not get a break from cleaning!||We stayed at a b&b a few weeks ago, where no precautions were taken whatsoever.||Our hosts, Judy and Hugh, could not be faulted otherwise.

Very quiet farm, lovely views from bedroom. Fantastic garden with pond. Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, cup of tea in the delightful lounge for guests. Large bedroom with ensuite shower room. We had a lovely breakfast with great poached eggs. Lovely hosts and would certainly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

I can only agree with what so many others have said. This property, situated in a beautiful rural setting on a working farm, is the ideal country getaway. Judy is a wonderful hostess, ready with suggestions for interesting attractions to visit and good area restaurants. Accommodations are very comfortable, with every convenience you could ask for, and breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with local honey and homemade jam.

Lovely quiet rural setting at family run farm B&B. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Judy greeted on arrival us with a lovely cup of tea and some brownies in the garden. Breakfast started with tea/cafetière coffee, orange juice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, then superb cooked breakfast with your choice of items. Homemade jam, local honey and toast rounded off a great start to the day. Perfectly placed to visit the Lincolnshire Wolds. Excellent area for road cycling with plenty of quiet lanes with scenic hills (100m + climbs in the Wolds). Wildlife in abundance, many hares on the farm road and in the garden in the early morning.

Quiet Clean and Welcoming |Lovely B&B Judy and her husband made us very welcome, very quiet location with 400 acres to walk and explore, ideal for photography. It was just idyllic and peaceful, no traffic noise, just bird songs. The house has a beautiful garden as well. Judy and Hugh were very welcoming, and knowledgeable with helpful suggestions for visiting places of interest. We had a twin room, spacious and en suit, very clean, breakfast was delicious and substantial.
