My rice was cold and chillie didn’t taste of anything my wife’s lasagna was strange tasting tomato soup was also very strange and roll was warm and soggy , but the worst bit was the flies there were so many at one point we had 7 on are table 3 landed in my dinner just put me off completely in general the place needs a good clean under tables were full of grim my chair had a broken arm rest and the place was very cold in general as well|I really wish I hadn’t bothered going in but you live and learn and won’t be going back . |Reading other reviews it seems people are more interested in portion size than quality shame as exterior is beautiful

Had a lovely evening here with family, I ordered Hunters Chicken with salad, so did my daughter in law. The portions were massive neither of us could finish our meal and we didn't touch the salad as that too was massive. So they serve very generous portions, maybe a little too big for us to be honest. Only thing that I didn't like was my meal was far too hot, so hot the sauce burnt the inside of my mouth. If this wasn't so hot I would of enjoyed my meal very much. All in all was a lovely place with great staff.

Lovely pub. We stayed overnight as we'd been to the ghost hunt at Revesby Abbey. Cosy room and great breakfast. The owner and staff were very welcoming too. Highly recommend

Popped in for a welcome drink due to the really warm weather on our travels. Service excellent staff friendly and helpful. Really nice atmosphere inside plus great seating area outside with some of the seats having a roof attached to them. Great car park and
About average drink prices, they also serve food as well.

We had a lovely stay at the Red Lion while in the area for the Lincolnshire Wolds churches festival. The staff are all welcoming and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. I'm a coeliac but there was plenty of gluten-free choices. The dinner was delicious and the breakfast immense. Really set us up for the day. The rooms were good and we had a great night's sleep. Thank you.

Visited lunch time 15th July 24, this was not our first visit but last time was such a good meal we had to give it another try.|Meal choice was again very good with specials as well. Quality of the food is good and sizeable portions. Service was friendly and efficient. Good selection of beers, wines and non alcoholic. What’s not to like. Give it a go I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location for Lincolnshire aviation heritage museum. Arrived close to 8pm (end of service) but staff were very accommodating and prepared food fresh for us. Food was lovely! Breakfast this morning was amazing!!! Really good choice of cooked breakfast as well as continental choices. We opted for a full English which was full of good quality products. Staff very attentive and friendly. Would recommend

It was a lovely homely, traditional inn. However, it would have been five stars had I managed to shut my friend up! He spoke that much, said let's wait to order food then by the time he could be bothered it was 2 pm. No food. I will definitely return on my way to Norfolk again but this time alone so I can actually eat!
