I left it very late to book accommodation for our weekend at the British Super bikes at Cadwell Park. Luckily I found managed to find Bank cottage. We were a party of four adults and the self catering apartment was ideal. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom which were both a good size. The beds were very comfortable||Everything we needed in the kitchen, The bathroom was a good size and towels were provided ||We couldn't be any closer to the pubs, shop etc.||I would not hesitate to book another stay at Bank Cottage as we had a fantastic weekend.

The most important thing to remember is that you access this B&B via the car park of The Bull. This also involves negotiating the Horncastle one way system. ||The rooms are also available on a self catering basis so it is very spacious. However they are on the first floor and the stairs are rather steep, you need to be aware of them on any night time trips to the bathroom.||My husband got up very early to go birdwatching at Gibraltar Point, which is why we picked Horncastle for our overnight stay. I had breakfast on my own but it was a very good one, with the best scrambled eggs I have had in ages.

I can only echo the comments of other reviewers: Bank Cottage is a very clean, well-appointed and nicely decorated B&B, but one of its stand-out features is that it is spacious. Our twin room was bigger than most hotel bedrooms, plus there was a larger-than-normal shower room and a fully-equipped kitchen, meaning that our 'room' was actually a suite of rooms. There is also private parking.

We have just stayed two nights at this bed and breakfast. Our accommodation was a two bedroom apartment and was absolutely spotless. It was very comfortable and the lady who owns it is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this place and will most certainly be staying again very soon thank you. It is also great value for money.

Maria was a wonderful host - the house was spotlessly clean, very cozy, had comfortable beds and pillows and was really nicely decorated. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and Maria thought of all the little things like putting milk in the fridge, providing an extra blanket, local maps and even eco-friendly shower products. She also let us bring our dog which was really helpful.

We visit Horncastle twice a year and have stayed in various hotels,||Bank cottage is the best accommodation we have had, everything you need is here, location in the centre of town, clean, comfortable, friendly and a good nights sleep, it was really quiet in the apartment, we had a full english breakfast one of the best we have had. For future visits to Horncastle if available this is definitely where we will stay. Why go anywhere esle when you are 100% satisfied.

Quite location but a short walk away from the centre of the village. The apartment was immaculate. Well equipped and very clean. A bargain price. Although the sofa in the front room in the top apartment needs replacing as it's not fit for purpose. Almost perfect. Almost.

Accommodation was adequate if a little dated. Definitely not disabled friendly with steps to front door and upstairs apartment. Location was excellent right in the town. Plenty of antique shops and pubs.
