A Charming cottage in a lovely art of the country, close to Lincoln and the showground for events. My husband and I spent one night there this week when visiting the Christmas markets. On arrival we were greeted by Anne who is very attentive lovely lady, nothing was too much trouble. After we had unpacked she made coffee and homemade cake which was served n the in the lounge with a roaring log fire which was lovely on a cold December day. Our room was beautiful with the characteristics of a country cottage but with all the modern touches needed. While eating our very tasty breakfast the Red Arrows were even flying overhead which was great to see on our visit. This B & B is highly recommended by us and we will definitely be back soon.

Just returned from Rose Cottage and couldn't have asked for a better stay !! We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday and wanted a good location for visiting RAF Scampton Heritage Centre, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Petwood Hall,Dambusters Inn and all the lovely historic locations Lincolnshire offers. ||||We were welcomed into the Anne's home and our whole stay was a delight, nothing was too much trouble and the accommodation was outstanding. Anne offered us recommends along the way and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts set us up nicely for the days activities ! ||||Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and I'm already looking to when we can arrange another visit.

We had a lovely stay at Rose Cottage B & B. As we came through the front door from a spacious, very well laid out garden/parking area, the decor and atmosphere was particularly welcoming. The bedroom was tranquil and the attendant bathroom immaculate. We enjoyed our breakfast and what a delightful change from the "steaming" buffet variety adopted by many major hotels. It was indeed a pleasure for us to meet you and to be so well looked after at your spotless home. If any friends are heading anywhere near you, we shall gladly give them a very positive recommendation.

Well what can I say about this B&B. well it's certainly not that, it's much much better it's like stopping with your Family. Anne who owns and runs this delightful place made me and my wife so very welcome,the house and gardens were fantastic.we stayed in a double room with en-suite. The bed was so comfortable the best nights sleep in ages. As per previous customer reviews the breakfast was delicious and Anne was the most perfect host. On Friday we went to see Elton John at the showground also Fantasticand just a couple of miles away. lincoln is a lovely city lots to do and explore please visit this B&B it's fantastic we will see you again in the future Ann and Jon from Burnley

stay at this b&b whilst visiting lincoln showground which is ideal only about 3 miles away.car parked in the garden on a graveled area off the road and secure. From meeting Anne for the first time we were made to feel at home, nothing is to much trouble, such a lovely host.| The b&b is one of the best i've stayed in. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and a bathroom to die for, a good night sleep and very quiet. A good choice for breakfast (see menu on website) tasty and well presented. |I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again,most enjoyable weekend.

I was attending a nearby beginners blacksmith course a couple of villages over, and stayed at Rose cottage for 3 days. ||The Hostess, Anne, was welcoming on my arrival, and throughout my stay she was really lovely and friendly, and was very attentive without being at all invasive or overbearing. The room was a good size, with a nice modern ensuite and one of the comfiest beds I think I've ever slept in. Likewise the breakfasts were good and I chose something different every day as the menu had lots of choice and the food was really nice.||In the evenings after I'd had dinner I came back and relaxed by the fire in the lounge downstairs and was left to my own devices, and there was WIFI in the lounge too so i could talk to friends at home. The whole stay was relaxing despite the hard work in the forge every day! ||Would really recommend Rose Cottage.

Firstly, apologies for such a delayed review. In fact life hasn't stopped for a few moments for me to sit down and write a review that this beautiful cottage is worthy of. ||||Anne was an amazing host with such kind and generous personality. She made us feel completely at home, and baked us home made goodies which we found in our room after our return from attending a local event. ||||I must say this - her breakfasts are to DIE FOR. Absolutely the best ever breakfast both my husband and I ever had. I tried to recreate this breakfast - but no way near the quality and taste as Annes. ||||We were made to feel welcome, the room we had was an en suite and was crisp and tidy - the ensuite was perfect and included an amazing power shower and lots of space. ||||We will definitely be back again! Just for Anne and the breakfast! ||||Thank-you for having us.
