Stayed at The Claremont for just one night while going to the theatre. Very pleasant room very clean and well furnished Our host Amy could not do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Even only staying one night has made a pleasant lasting impression on my wife and I. We will definitely be back again.

We dropped onto The Claremont accidentally as the two previous hotels we had booked had cancelled on us once they realised we just wanted a single night over the bank holiday weekend 😖||However, this worked out perfectly as The Claremont is a wonderful little haven. Amy, our host met us on arrival and had us quickly checked in. She was polite, amiable and knowledgeable - the perfect host!||The room was clean and tidy, lots of tea, coffee and much to my children's delight hot chocolate available in the the room. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was toasty warm which was topped off with free toiletries.||The breakfast was cooked 🍳 to perfection. I'm a really fussy sod when it comes to my bacon 🥓 as I like it really crispy, and they did not disappoint, the food was of really high quality and we left stuffed for the day ahead.||We'll definitely be back in future as it's not often you find a little gem like this!

Lovely, friendly welcome after an arduous journey. The room was excellent, in good decotrative order, clean and well appointed. We couldn't have asked for better.||We only stayed one night for a function locally but the bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly.||Our breakfasts were full English and lovely, and vegatarian and Contiental were also offered.

We stayed here on the Easter weekend .
Lovely welcome by Amy .
Nicely decorated , clean , bright and a very comfortable bed and quiet room . Good compact en-suite with hot shower . Small sitting area with hospitality tray .
Great breakfast £6.90 , again in a bright and clean room .
I left a couple of items in the room on checkout . Any phoned us the same day but we were too far away to go back . I asked if she could mail them to me and she was kind enough to check out options for postage and send them to me . This is a lovely personal place to stay with all the amenities you need and a great location to walk to the shops or the promenade .
We will definitely stay again if in the area .
Great value for money . Highly recommend.

Lovely 2 night stay at this friendly B and B. Free parking and within easy walking distance of the seafront. Free wifi. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. Beds are very comfortable and room, shower etc very clean. Would stay again.

We stayed at the CLAREMONT for two nights from Aug 30 th. | The guest house is bright and cheerful run by couple who clearly take pride in their | business. | There is on street parking at property and the street is very quiet.| The CLAREMONT is close to LTHAM ST ANNES and LYTHAM both of which have an | abundance of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. | The LYTHAM WINDMILL is certainly worth a visit . All ages will love the history and| admission is free ! The boat museum on site too . | There’s ample parking close by . | We had an excellent evening meal at the THE QUEENS HOTEL opposite the Windmill .| The BLACKPOOL LIGHTS are now on and are extended this year. Blackpool is just about | six miles from the CLAREMONT which makes a great base if visiting these.| | We had room 4 on first floor . Not too many stairs , ( good if any mobility problems.) | The room is bright with nice colour scheme. This is just second guest house ( out of very many ) that i | could actually sleep on pillows. ……usually too high and hard.| We would however have liked a small arm chair in room ( age thing) ! although two chairs provided | but would be good for longer stay. || Breakfast is an optional extra but is reasonably charged for well cooked breakfast.| You won’t meet a nicer hostess than Amy , (we didn’t meet other half) ! Someone has to cook those | good breakfasts ! | If visiting Lytham again we will certainly go back to CLAREMONT ( no 4 room again ) .

Last minute booking, room was great, very clean, had everything we needed, bed very comfortable, and pillows were great as sometimes they are very hard. Breakfast was brilliant. Lovely couple made us welcome. Central to everything , will definitely stay again.

Great value for money. Experienced a warm and friendly welcome. Room clean and met all our needs for an overnight stay. The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. Not one for B&B normally but this will be our first choice for any future overnight stays in the area.
