Stayed in apartment No 2.. really nice inside..but it was absolutely freezing cold in there...the heating was on..but it wasn't enough to keep the place warm all day...stayed for 2nights but really considered going home on the second night it was that cold.. although I have stayed at the chymes before for several nights and didn't have this problem..not so sure id stay again

Stayed at The Chymes for a few days in July 2023. Less than 5min from beach and St Anne's prom. Stayed in Flat 4 which was very bright and well laid out. Good use of space and bedroom had lots of room to put suitcase etc. Lovely kitchen area. Great amount of natural light coming into the flat.|Car Parking a bit tight if you have a bigger car but ample parking available outside.|Would definitely use this again as location was excellent.

We have just left from a 3 night stay here for our first staycation as a family. Overall the place was lovely, very clean and tidy just a short walk from town centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The place had everything you would need. Very spacious and fine for us, we had two adults and 9 week baby and fit everything we needed. ||A few drawbacks to this place is the walls are very thin, we could hear a person in the surrounding flats snoring and kids running about upstairs. But we would definitely go back for the location and stay here again.

Stayed in apartment no1 for 5 nights during July. Within walking distance of Royal Lytham St Annes Golf course so ideal location for me. Also close to the beach and the town shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you would want for a self catering holiday. The surrounding area was quiet, with a good fish & chip shop and a very good Italian restaurant just round the corner. There is parking on the property but it is a bit tight so I parked just outside on the road with no problems. I would certainly stay here again.

A good location within walking distance of the sea front, only a short way from the Pier, the main shopping centre is also close. We were in room 3 (top floor, an attic).The flat itself is small, and up a very steep staircase, but well equipped and comfortable. The main bedroom was a very cosy soft double bed. Our bathroom a reasonable shower room combined with toilet, no bath. The roof is very low in the second bedroom. One of the beds is almost unusable for the lowness of the eaves; it would be easy to bang your head. Nice leather sofas. I’d say a good flat for three people but not four.

Lovely location in st Anne’s. Good quality for price… we paid just above £200 for 3 nights. Plenty of parking at front of building and on streets surrounding. 10 minute drive to Blackpool and st Anne’s town centre 5 minute walk away

Amazing quality flat and at an exceptional price. The flat was a good size, modern and well fitted with everything needed for a stay.
The flats are in a quiet part of town but within walking distance to the centre. The waterfront is at the end of the road and a couple of minutes walk. Arival and leaving was easy with the keys being at the flat on arival and left inside the flat when leaving. There is free parking available on a driveway, but might not be suitable for longer vehicles (vans etc.) But there is plenty of free parking available on both sides of the street.
Would strongly recommend to friends and family visiting the area.
