Sarah is a fantastic host. The rooms have everything you need, clean and comfortable. Showers have good water pressure and the drain does not clog up like many hotels. The English breakfast is delicious, scrambled eggs and bacon especially done well. Sausage could be better quality. I'd come back again.

Love this small friendly guesthouse! Sarah & Paul give a very warm welcome to all visitors with a nice hot cuppa to help you unwind after your journey. Our second stay here and definitely not our last, the bed is one of the comfiest we have ever had in a hotel room. The cooked breakfast was amazing & filled us up til tea time. With 3 pubs in walking distance, the Thatchers Cider Factory 2 miles down the road and good transport links to Bristol & Bath it is an ideal location for a short break.

Had wedding reception and rented whole place for guests .. it has a large reception as well as dining area which bigger than seems in pics, kitchen not too large to loose guests in and place tastefully decorated by Sarah who obviously cares for her guests as provides those little extras that make a stay enjoyable. Don't worry it's on the A38.. easier to get to, quiet, plenty of parking and two pubs with food literally next door 🙂

I wish I could give 6 stars. The house is lovely, cosy and cleaner than any hotel or B&B I've ever been to. The owner is absolutely fantastic and accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast options were varied and the owner even added sliced fresh fruits on top of our full English.
All of this for a highly competitive price! Thank you for everything.

It is a amazing place with great services. It's closed to Bristol airport. The building has a unique style, make you feel like you are in other century. The bed is really comfortable and the food amazing. I would like to go there in other time.
