Saved my bacon. After my car broke down I had to spend 4 nights consecutively here. The rooms were good and clean. Breakfast was good in the mornings. All the staff were really helpful.

Great customer service and friendly check-in. A reasonable night's sleep but the room was a bit warm (even though we went on one of the coldest nights of the year) so I wouldn't recommend this place in summer! They say it has air conditioning but it doesn't! Good location, walking distance from a large Sainsbury's

You know what you’re getting, good comfortable bed, plugs where you need them etc. pleasant staff in reception. Could do with updating as bathroom was a bit shabby but overall an ideal base for visiting family over the holiday period. Very good breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre.

Excellent services, cleanliness, comfort . As a Manager of 60 holiday homes all over Cornwall I was very impressed with the standard of the above and value for money. Will def book again before a flight. Lovely deep bath and constant hot water. Very relaxing

The hotel is fine, however the internet is almost non existent. I am getting a whopping 0.3mg download speed. Impossible to do business work, and this is very consistent among premier inns. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this.

Booked one night, room requires a little updating, basically a little TLC.|Free parking which is great. Breakfast was good, But sadly the noise of a fan (I presume) stopped unpacking from sleeping.|Would stay again but would double check room location on arrival.

The beds were super comfy, the staff were efficient and friendly and there was lots of hot water for the shower. The only thing we would change would be able to open the window for some fresh air. Otherwise a perfect stay and great value for money.

Great 2 night stay, clean room, comfortable bed, extra pillows, tv, coffee/tea making facilities, shower over bath, ample free parking.|From booking to leaving, everything ean smoothly. No issues whilst there. Friendly team on reception desk. Would not hesitate to book again.
