Absolutely amazing hotel! From the minute we checked in with Mike to the moment we checked out 2 days later it was brilliant. We spoke to so many staff members as well in our stay and everyone was so nice, nothing could have been better. The rooms were so clean and tidy and the beds were fresh and cosy. Got to say it's the best experience we've had. The food from the beefeater attached was also brilliant and good value for money. Great place to stay and made our weekend away even more amazing.

Overall a really lovely hotel. Really friendly, welcoming staff and restaurant next door was lovely for evening meal and breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean, what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. We used it as a cheaper base than the seafront hotel and got a short train tide from the nearby Weston Milton station into Weston-Super-Mare. ||Only downside was our key card stopped working randomly after multiple uses, and being in the outbuilding, this meant a long walk back to reception to get this reset. The heating also wasn’t working but a smart fan had been placed in the room with hot & cold function which we really liked.

The bed and pillows were exceptionally great. Best night sleep in years. Everything was clean and correct.||The staff were wonderful and even surprised me by leaving a birthday treat of chocolates.||My updates to meal deals were handled with no fuss. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you. We'll be back.

A decent Premier Inn with the same level of services as all the others.
It's set just off the main road at the back of an industrial/retail estate.
Half an hour from Bristol airport, so we chose this as our stop over the night before our flight.
The only issue with this is that there is no lift, which is quite difficult when lugging suitcases up and down the stairs.
Other than that all good though 👍

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, making arrival stress-free. There were plenty of parking spots available, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive vibe of the stay.

One of the perks of this location is its convenience for traveling into Bristol, though this does depend on the time of day due to traffic. While the hotel has an onsite restaurant, we opted to explore the nearby dining options and found some decent places to eat. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great balance of convenience and hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights from 1st March -3rd March for my wife and I and my son. On the first night my son was disturbed by another guest accessing his room with a keycard issued by the Hotel reception, this made my son very nervous and unable to sleep that night.The following morning I spoke with Reception who were aware of the situation and blamed communication between staff members and their systems and pointed us in the direction of Guest Services and to leave a review. I don’t feel this was handled very well and they didn’t seem at all concerned.|The Hotel is looking tired and in need of a refurbishment, we couldn’t switch the TV off and had to wait for it to go off itself, the shower was difficult to use and on the second night the bed in our room felt damp.|When we departed and checked out there was no did you enjoy your stay or any communication from the girl on the reception.|Very disappointing stay I don’t think we will be back which is a shame as we have stayed at many Premier Inns in the past which have been wonderful.|One positive from our stay was we had a lovely meal at the Beefeater next door, I would recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Positives:
- Clean
- Comfortable (Relatively)
- Easy to get to
- Friendly staff
- Reasonable price (£98 for two nights and two adults)

Negatives:
- Room temperature awful to control (18c is too warm to sleep)
- Noisy inconsiderate guests on the night of 21/02/2025 (banging doors at 00:30 and 04:00 and letting kids run up the corridor). I note that this is NOT the direct fault of Premier Inn and do not hold it fully against them, but it would have been good if a staff member had been on hand to deal with it. Travelling 280 miles is tiring enough without this sort of disturbance. I also note that this was not an issue on the 2nd night.

All in all not a bad place to stay at all.

We stayed here in March. My husband lost his wallet. He thought it was at home due to his memory issues he thought he had either lost it whilst out or never picked it up from home. On our return found it must have been lost up in weston. 2 days ago we recieved a call from Martin the night porter to say it had been found in the restaurant. They initially couldn't trace my husband as room was booked by me it was put away safe. Martin didnt give up and did a bit of digging around trying to work out the owner, hence his efforts worked |A huge thanyou from us
