I don’t know where to start with this review because everything was so perfect and honestly amazing. Drew and Debra are the most loviest kindest hosts iv met. The barn is incredible. Debra and drew went out of their way to add birthday decorations and balloons to greet us with upon arrival as it was my husbands surprise birthday. Other guests staying were lovely. Breakfast was superb not heavy or greasy, Healthy wholesome and filling, poached eggs cook to perfection. Debra’s home made jam and marmalade was amazing. Also discovered she’s an excellent cake maker. Totally can’t wait to come back here (I didn’t want to leave) I will definitely book a full weekend next time. The room was exceptionally clean. And that bed and the duck feather duvet. I’m glad I don’t have one at home because I would lose my job lol! Probably the best sleep iv had in months (Husband agreed).||Thankyou again Debra and Drew truly outstanding hosts.

Drew and Deborah proved to be exemplary 'Booking.com' hosts. The rooms and facilities were all top notch and we enjoyed a comfortable and enjoyable stay, enhanced by Deborah's great breakfasts. It was also very pleasant to be able to sit out in the garden in the evening sunshine. We used the B&B for exploring the local area - aided by Drew and Deborah's extensive local knowledge.|We took the opportunity to visit nearby 'Down House', Charles Darwin's home for many years (see photos).

My wife and I stayed here on the night of our wedding and the following day. She also stayed here the night before with a friend to get prepared. We had the top room which comprises of a large bed and a sofa bed in another part of the accomodation. Large bathroom which has a lovely shower. The accommodation is very clean and has a lovely view from the windows. There's parking and the barn is behind automatic gates. The owners were very accommodating to people coming to attend to my wife's preparation for the wedding. We had breakfast each morning which was really nice, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners are fantastic and make you feel very welcome and take time to chat with their guests. I would highly recommend this place to stay

We stayed in the barn for one night at the end of April. We had the upstairs suite which is lovely, very clean, warm, comfortable and well appointed. Comfortable bed and great shower. The barn is behind the house, set back from the road and was therefore very peaceful, so we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast, served in the main house, was very good. Drew and Debra are great hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend this B&B.

Me, my wife and young daughter (1 year old) loved staying here! The conservatory lounge was very inviting and relaxing (and it had a very handy sofabed for me!), and the bedroom was very cosy too (for my wife and daughter)! The bathroom was also great and nicely done. Drew and his wife were very accommodating, and we wanted for nothing during our stay. We loved saying hello to the chickens in the mornings! We''d definitely book again and recommend to others.

A group of 6 of us stayed at the Barn this weekend and couldn’t recommend it enough. Deborah and Drew were extremely welcoming, friendly and the breakfasts were excellent. All rooms very comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. Wonderful stay and look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed here for a few nights after a fire in our home. Debra and Drew are so kind and welcoming. The suites are very elegantly furnished and so comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic! Debra makes her own jams and marmalades. Today we had plum preserve from plums in the garden. The eggs are from their own chickens and Debra makes sour dough bread. All of the breakfast was of the best quality. Friendly and immaculate. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely perfect from all aspects!
Very clean, quiet and a breakfast that I can describe as second to none!
That banana yogurt...I will never forget!
Derek and his wife made us feel at home and they are amazing hosts.
Definitely will visit again!
