Stayed here for 5 weeks, site was being modernised but the work did not affect our stay. Looking really lovely now. It's 2mile walk to borough green station and just over 3miles to west malling. Angel pub is lovely and about 2 miles walk. Site is nice and clean, staff very helpful and accommodating, we were able to park our car in a spare bay as site was not busy. Coffee and pastry shop on site, laundry facilities and close to all motorways. What's not to like.

Liked: They are upgrading the pitches which will be hardstanding and very level. They are well spaced with grass in between. When we stayed the upgrade was almost completed. The site is very tidy.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The Three Sisters coffee shop in the reception area is very good. The pastries are gorgeous.
There is a child’s playground in the centre of the inner pitches which, although we had no children with us, looked very inviting.

Liked: Nice layout, lots of space.

Disliked: Check in, nobody available on arrival no answer on phone, started setting up in late arrivals, although we were well within check in time. Eventually some long term guests saw us in. Didn’t see any staff throughout our visit so no WiFi info etc.

Liked: Good location for exploring parts of Kent. Close to pub/local shop.

Disliked: Toilet facilities limited (only 2 showers in female block which is not enough for size of site) Also the facilities blocks very much in need of repair/modernisation. No cleaning of facilities during our weekend stay and toilet roll ran out and wasn't replaced. Pitches very close together and no screening or hedges. No warden on site and reception closed on day of departure so no staff around for returning the barrier key. It just doesn't compare to other sites which are less expensive and much nicer.

Liked: Site is still being renovated but being done very silently.This is a BEAUTIFUL small site and is perfect for a few days get away.
When we were there it was flooded in sunlight ..which was a bonus. The toilet blocks are clean and lovely. The price was good . We will be going there at least one weekend a month as it is only 30 mins away from us. Love taking our Bavaria Motorhome there … it’s called Froggy 🥰

Disliked: Sometimes the speeding traffic specially the motorbikes…. But that’s once in a while. At night it’s nice and peaceful.

Stayed in our caravan for six nights while touring. Comfortable site with a rather good coffee shop. Pastries to die for and modern decor. The warden is very nice and friendly.
I would definitely return.

Liked: Fantastic! The facilities were spotless and the atmosphere on the site is so friendly!
Mark and Sue are so friendly and helpful and they can’t do enough!
Would stay again and recommend the site to anyone!

Disliked: Nothing, the moles make a bit of a m as but it’s sorted daily!

Great playground for children.
Welcoming staff and great facilities including the new coffee shop.

Disliked: For caravans it would be a issue but for tents there is lots of road noise from the M20 and local load cars in the middle of the night.
Don't let it put you off though you can still sleep well.
