My stay here was truly great. The rooms are amazing and chilling in the health spas was fabulous, the pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms are sooooo relaxing, I didn't try the gym but looked good. The food was good with the main menu being Indian focussed with some English options too. |The staff were just yhe best, Aurielie was really supportive when i realised my booking was wrong and help solve this & Leah too was super understanding when i needed to amend my booking (work reasons), both these girls were game changers so big high 5 to them.||All in all i fully recommend this hotel to all, its a must stay!||Thank you all

Stayed here for 6 weeks during work outage in London. |Hotel staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and at home. ||Great variety on the menu for food which I enjoyed. |Got a good use of the gym and spa facilities which came complimentary with my stay at hotel. ||Credit to Jacob and the team for there hard work |Will definitely return on my next work visit.

Beautiful Mother's day weekend. Indian food was amazing. Waiter service outstanding. Thank you to the Jacob, Michelle and Amy, you made my mum and I feel extra special thank you. We highly recommend for a spa and dinner break. Absolutely loved the spa and will be back.

We were staying here for 2 nights because of its proximity to Brands Hatch circuit.  The room was very clean but very cold on arrival.  However, luckily, we discovered a heater in the wardrobe.  The dining experience was not good….the menu is very sparse and the service was very poor.  They only had one very sweet rose’ wine available and we had to go to the bar to buy it as we couldn’t locate anyone to serve us.  On Friday evening, they seemed to only have one waitress on duty and the hotel was full.  When the bill arrived, after perusing it, we discovered that they had added a service charge to it which we did not pay.  Whilst checking the bill later, we discovered that they had added an extra glass of wine to it, which we didn’t have.  This is not a cheap hotel but the restaurant/service does not match their aspirations.  We only stay here because of its location and would willingly stay elsewhere if there was a hotel available.

Love jacob he is an amazing manager here at the mercure dartford hotel. I came here for my birthday and its amazing, lovely spa and rooms. The indian menu is really good and flavourful and really made our evening, i will definitely be back xxxx

My stay at the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I was particularly impressed with the food. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Compliments to the chef and the kitchen team!

The room itself was lovely – clean, comfortable, and had a really nice feel to it. It definitely contributed to the overall positive experience.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa. The amazing staff, delicious food, and comfortable room made it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and Five stars!
