Just had ours delivered yesterday, quick, straight forwards, ours was lifted in by portacover over 2 gardens. Very good guys.

We bought the limelight flair, best purchase I ever made, so nice, music is very loud with sub woofer, the jets very good, so relaxing, easy testing setup, wrote down all actions monthly and weekly to care for filter. And had the pillow and Care products to start us off.

I would give this service and tub 10/10, couldn’t have had a better experience.

Bought a hot tub 2 years ago and still runs perfectly. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The hot tub we bought is so much more economical than the plastic one we had prior to this. I definitely recommend.

We have had the Azure Premier for two years now and found it fantastic and very beneficial for my health. We use it most evenings in all weathers, I have fitted a parasol over the top for the when the rain is too heavy.
The service and aftercare has been excellent and I am very happy to recommend Bristol Hotsprings.

Really poor service. I was totally miss sold an ex demo hot tub, with promises that failed to deliver. Genna was great, managing to resolve the original , cancelled deal with a revised purchase of a new, more expensive tub .

Just a quick note to say thank you to Andy and Terese of the Bristol Showroom for the outstanding service I received when purchasing my HotSpring HotSpot Relay (six person hot tub).

From my initial visit back in June I found Andy very knowledgable on the product range and was very patient with me and my endless list of questions.

I can highly recommend trying before you buy - at the test soak I realised being 6ft 4in a bigger hot tub was required!

The installation service was faultless and Terese was always at the end of the phone when the initial water tests did not come out as planned. Very happy to say new hot tub owners pick this up rather quickly with the right support.

Seven months in I am very happy to report I use the hot tub as often as often as I can. HotSpring being one of the best insulated hot tub brands on the market, my Relay is currently costing me around £3.79 a day in electricity to run (2023 energy price guarantee) - less than a pint a day🍺 down the pub!

I’d also like to mention Rob for the excellent service I’ve received when stocking up on various chemicals as I’ve quickly gone through my starter pack.

All in all a very satisfied HotSpring Hot Tub owner and I would highly recommend the HotSpring brand and the Bristol dealership to anyone looking to take the plunge with their first hot tub 😁🍷👀.

Met Jack at the showroom and he helped me pick out the best unit for my home. Was really knowledgeable and fully committed to finding a good fit. I was a little nervous about buying a unit before I walked in, but he set all my fears to rest. Excellent service and I would highly recommend!

Just bought our Highlife Envoy hot tub from the Bristol showroom today. Rose was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and enjoyable experience. Can not wait for the hot tub to be installed now. Thoroughly recommend them
