My experience of visiting Lucy and her team has been a very positive one. The clinic is spotless and all the staff are helpful and informative. They offer many services and guide you to the right one for you. Saw Lucy 1st November for my review obviously couldn’t just go for the review had filler around my lip line as well. Really pleased with the results already and swelling hasn’t gone down yet. Lucy is always so welcoming and friendly completely relaxes me. Have never had a bad treatment will not go anywhere else very talented knowledgeable lady. Thank you for making me feel great I don’t ever want to get old. Maintaining my youth as much as possible is key for me. Looking forward to seeing all your friendly faces again soon!

I've had 6 Skinpen treatments with Chelsea over the last six or seven months, and I'm thrilled with the outcome! It's not the most enjoyable of treatments but the results are well worth it. I had a lot of acne scarring and pigmentation (both light and dark spots) and they have all definitely improved noticeably. Chelsea has been wonderful, always really welcoming and lovely to talk to. She has listened really well to my skin concerns and has targeted those areas during the course of the treatment. Top notch service! Thank you 😊

Once again Lucy has taken care of me! I needed a quick appointment between her the great team they got me seen in time! I really appreciate the care at Aurielle, it’s like no other business, so professional, friendly, reassuring and always happy to talk through treatments and find the right approach.
