I Bought effectively a £16,000 Covana which is a superb piece of kit I must say with nothing to compare it to currently available on the market and actually now I appreciate it’s worth every penny of the ridiculously expensive price to automate the cover for my 15 x 8ft Swimspa from Steve because he was so incredibly helpful, accommodating and responsive and knowledgeable and even though I could get it cheaper elsewhere (they took too long to get back to me and I’d already placed the order with Steve) so I decided to remain loyal with my order to Steve to ensure continued good service, excellence in the install and aftercare. I have zero regrets and Without hesitation I recommend Steve and his amazing company that he’s built up for the incredible quality high end range they offer that his amazing sounding father before him set up many moons ago and still pops in to this day I gather for a cup of tea to oversee at a good spritely age - wishing you all there continued success from a very happy customer Celia xx

The two guys who delivered and installed my hot tub were very polite, they knew their stuff and were also mindful of my property, they explained everything in detail, about the chemicals to put in and answered my question without hesitation.

We bought a legend 6 jacuzzi and the customer service from Steve was amazing. The 2 young men who came to fit it in place were great and explained everything and answered all our questions. We took a while to choose what one we actually wanted and Steve from walfins was brilliant and he understood we wanted to be sure what we chose. We were supposed to only buy a small cheaper one but when we went into the shop and we studied which tubs were the best . Steve even said to my husband that he could even bring his swim shorts and try the tubs which my husband did do which made our mind up of which one we bought . I believe we got one of the best ones and Steve never pushed us he just told us all about all of them and we came home and looked at reviews of all of them and we chose the legend range due to better reviews and also going into the tub to test it . Totally recommend this company as trustworthy and do NOT push you into anything. Would like to thank Steve for all the help and his great customer service with us.

So glad I found walfin hot tubs . Brought a master spa from walfin .and did not regret my dicsion. Nice to see a Company with no pressure selling . Steve invited us up near the end of day to try out some options. And from there it was so easy onwards. From placing the order to helping to install the spa with his own team that were first class. It might of cost me a bit more for a spa by buying master spa. But we'll worth the finish product and service i received . We'll done walfin hot tubs

Having looked into buying a hot tub online I called into Walfins to look at the options available. I am so glad I did. The staff were knowledgable and gave me some sound advise. We went back the following day and ordered it. It was delivered on time and craned over our fence. I have never looked back. When I call into Walfins for my chemicals they always remember me.
