I have been a member here for a few months, but have decided to cancel my membership as I don't find it to be a very good gym.
First of all it's virtually impossible to book onto classes, they are always booked up virtually the second they come on.
Secondly the pool is always packed making it very hard to swim.
During Aqua Aerobics, a lane should be open for swimmers, but the people in the class block the lane-nobody checking on this and ensure people can swim. What is worse, the old people in the class all just stay in the pool STANDING and chatting blocking the whole pool area for up to another hour after class. Why is nobody from staff telling them to move or leave the pool?
The sauna has been broken for the past ten days and is mostly unusable. Speaking of which-nobody brings in a towel, there should be a poster telling people to sit on a towel, it is unhygienic to say the least. Am also very unimpressed with the cleanliness of the showers. Have cancelled yesterday.

This gym is genuinely shocking i would give it minus 5 stars if I could. What are they doing with people's membership money. I would pay their monthly fee not to have to attend this smelly place.

Gym area is dirty, changing rooms filthy and showers smell like sewage. Some of the equipment is out of use the majority of the time and there is constant issues with the sauna being out of use. For how much they charge the members monthly you’d like to think they can afford to clean the place and fix the obvious problems with the gym and shower areas, there is no excuse for the smell that comes from the showers. Super unhygienic and disgusting

Started my 3 day free trial yesterday. I won’t be joining or going back. The pool in the morning was too busy to swim properly and the hot tub has been false walled off. The changing rooms are tired and dirty.

A club that “could” be good but needs some SERIOUS investment to bring back up to spec!

Outdated decor and needs a clean, they closed off everything other than the gym and pool so can't use the hot tub etc. Pool is very small. Small range of gym equipment. Plenty of cardio machines though. PTs are friendly and the gym-goers are too. Quite an expensive gym for what it is unfortunately 🙁

Use as a multiple access Nuffield member as a guest at this one when on my travels occasionally. Great, spacious gym with friendly and helpful staff when required. Like with all 20m swimming pools though that are subject to staging kids' swimming lessons & aqua fit classes ar select times of the day in the week then as a fitness swimmer you have to choose your times carefully to ensure no clashes at times!

The Gym is well run, all the staff are friendly and professional.

They have a swimming pool, place to have a coffee.

Lots of classes.

Great applicaion to book apps.

The instructors go through thorough training.
