A great experience! Sara's Bed and Breakfast were much better than we expected. The rooms were not only very well decorated, but they also had a ton of details to make our stay even better. We had a kettle with tea, coffee, milk, and even cookies! There were international adaptors plugs, face masks, robes, hairdryer, iron, etc.
Breakfast was an amazing experience too. Sara asked us what we wanted to have the night before and prepared everything in a lovely way. We had a great chat with her and enjoyed our stay very much! I totally recommend to stay here you won't regret it! Thanks, Sara!!

I stayed here to attend a work course. Having never been to swindon before I couldn't of asked for a better bed and breakfast. Sara was very welcoming into her beautiful home, I relaxed in my room enjoying the bonus of netflix after a long train journey on the most comfortable bed i have never slept on.
Breakfast was perfect and so nicely prepared. Sara is a lovely hostess who has clearly put alot of work into her business. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, that is conveniently placed just outside of the busy town this is the place for you!

My partner and I were looking for a nice, cosy Bed and Breakfast and this ticked the boxes.

The welcome was warm, the room was comfortable, there was a nice tea and coffee tray with biscuits which was appreciated.

It is close (about 20 minutes walk) to the train station which was great and the room was comfortable with a great bed.

The breakfast was very good and ready for when we needed it.

If you want a calm, cosy and clean bed and breakfast this is great.

Warm and friendly welcome, extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped room. Suitable for (walking) disabled people who use a walking stick and can manage to walk a few steps.
I can honestly say the above 5 stars are 24 carrot gold.
I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

A delightful little Bed and Breakfast! Stayed in Swindon for the night for a business trip and I could not have been happier. Cosy little room with Sky TV, Tea/Coffee facilities and an iron and ironing board (something you would struggle to get in a big expensive hotel), even complementary ear-plugs. Breakfast was delicious and that first morning cup of tea set me up for the day.

Very quiet location within walkable distance of the town centre/rail station and a good mixture of restaurants and takeaways within easy reach.

Sara is a wonderful hostess, really bubbly and friendly and takes a genuine interest in you and your stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I had the pleasure of staying at SW B&B a couple of weeks ago while working in the area. Accommodation was good, clean and tidy. Sara was a great hostess, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, was almost like being at home. Highly recommended if you are staying/working in the area.

Lovely and charming B&B! Sara was very attentive and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Centrally located. Easy 20 min walk to the train station. Local eateries and shops, walking distance as well.

I had booked on behalf of my employees.

They were looking for a place to stay for the evening after a long days work with extensive travel. They were suprised to find a tiny house renting out a room. Upon texting her to ensure it was indeed the correct address, Sara was so rude and unprofessional to the point they did not feel comfortable entering the house. A, because it looks like someone's tiny home
B, because she was rude and as males felt rather uncomfortable with the entire situation.

After the whole debacle, she refused entry as it was quarter passed the hour for check in (to her home).

SARA was more than happy to take the 70£ though! Incredible.
