My family stayed at Sibton Park last week and we were blown away by the location and the facilities. Four generations spent precious time together. The sun was shining, the pool was warm and we had a leisurely picnic in the grounds, played pitch and putt and laughed alot.

Having stayed in many HPBs I must say this one is not the best.

I'll start off by saying how lovely the place is!! The views are amazing and the property itself it's beautiful. The facilities like the pool is large and good quality. And there is also a sauna. The location is great by being near a cute village or a short drive to many towns with rich historical monuments.

However, I'm not sure if this was in just our house but the plumbing was so loud. You could hear it from outside! The fridge was also rather loud. And on one occasion, we were swimming in the pool when the lights went off for no reason and wouldn't turn back on. It felt like someone went down to John Lewis and chose every green furniture that they could find.The bed sheet quality also felt like paper as well as putting duvets for double beds on single beds so it was very warm

Lovely place to stay in the Kent countryside. Our, apartment was amazing. The swimming pool is a good size and a short walk from the apartments and houses. They swimming facilities were very clean and well maintained. You do not have to book for the swimming pool at the moment.

Local HPB staff offer a smile and a chat whenever needed, they are discreet and efficient. Beautiful pool with views stretching across the fields. Elegant lounge and plenty to entertain family with billiards, tennis, football and more

Really nice place to relax very relaxing and peaceful with amazing views and landmarks to look at really nice walks around into town with a nice little cafe to have breakfast and lunches only a 11 minute walk to and back to the cottage the place itself is warming and comfortable
