absolutely beautiful building, creepy old pictures of people on the walls and very eerie corridor||room was lovely and clean except for the bathroom. the shower was stuck on sweltering hot and wouldn’t change from that||comfy beds and very comfy duvet. no kettle in room but not an issue as not much of a coffee or tea people. tv was good as was able to plug in our xbox||perfect for a little getaway

One night here before flying off. Hotel was good, the room was recently refurbished as the carpet smelt new. The receptionist, Sam, was very friendly and answered several questions we had with a smile. Evening meal and breakfast was “buffet style” and good. Not a lot of choice but acceptable for the price. I believe that different evening meals could be ordered in the bar. Taxis to the airport could be ordered from a dedicated phone in reception.

We stayed for one night pre-flight with 15 days parking.|Check In was easy, polite, concise and quick.|So, admittedly, the whole hotel has very 1980's vibes in terms of the fixtures and fittings but it was not unpleasant. |The bar was absolutely fine, the room was functional and everything worked - a bit of a quirky layout and the twin beds were a little small ; at 6' 3" my feet hung over the end but, again, that isn't particularly unusual. Perhaps they are built smaller in these parts as the shower came about half way up my chest too !|Parking was 'random' at best "Find a spot, leave it there". No issues.|Taxi service easy to use and bang on time.|Didn't eat or use the spa so no comment.|Performed exactly as required although giving it the full 5/5 would be a little bit of a stretch.

We have stayed at the Europa 7 times.||Each time for 1 night plus parking.Prior to early flight following day.||||Never had an issue .||Room good. Food average Bar sales the best San Miguel I have ever tasted.||||Remember what you are paying.||Do not expect luxury.||So don't moan find a hotel twice the price then you might be happy.

2nd time I’ve stayed here, once with the family, now solo! BRILLIANT! Like stepping back in time to Benidorm (in a great way) Staff were very friendly, rooms are basic but what do you need before or after a holiday. Pool (you have to pay a couple of pound) I stayed for two day pre flying back, can’t fault it. Bar doesn’t open till 4 but there is a pub spitting distance ( Just turn right out of the entrance) I’d come back even if I wasn’t flying

We were expecting the worst when we had to book here last minute and read the reviews- all I can think is most people are there for cancelled flights and must already be in a bad mood?!||It's not a 5 star review, because it is a little outdated and the check in took ages and wasn't overly friendly (she was easily flustered!) but apart from that we couldn't fault the place. Especially for the price. We were given the wrong directions to our room, but nothing we couldn't handle. Tip: The lift doesn't get you to half the buildings rooms, so double check!||There were 4 of us and we had 2 rooms. Both couples said their rooms were spotless, bed was super comfy, opening windows, tea and coffee, hairdryer, fan, lovely smelling shower gel, good water pressure (wasn't particularly hot water, but the weather was, so we didn't mind) ||We had a drink in the bar of an evening, fairly good prices. Pinot grigio was lovely.||At breakfast, at first it looked like disorganised chaos, but actually it was all very smooth. All the hot items were filled up very regularly and everything was very well cooked- especially the fried eggs! Sausages were my favourite kind (Richmond flavour, but firmer texture) ||Never tried the pool, but wish I did.||All of us said we would stay again with absolutely no issue.

We stayed here prior to getting an early morning flight. The receptionist was very friendly but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired and the decor gives it a rather intimidating feel. Our room was very worn out and had paint peeling off the ceiling and also chipped off the bath. Our room had a very odd arrangment with the only window being one that was from waist to floor height at the end of a long alcove. It didn't even have a curtain so we had to rig up a chair with cushions and towels draped over it in order to block out the light so we'd have any hope of getting to sleep early. The beds were very uncomfortable and my pillow was so hard that it gave me a headache. We had a buffet meal in the restaurant which was probably the best thing about our stay, it was nothing to get particularly exited about but was decent enough.||If I'd been able to get a decent sleep then I could have overlooked some of the shortcomings and described it as cheap and cheerful, but when I couldn't even get that I can't recommend it to anyone. Next time I'll be paying more and staying in the Premier Inn.

I’m glad that EasyJet paid for this hotel! Chose it for the spa which closed at 7pm just as we arrived. Paid for buffet which was Turkey Roast and sloppy stew. There was a tour bus there and I was embarrassed that foreign nationals think this is what we accept as a hotel. Sticky floors!! The check in staff were amazing but the restaurant staff looked very bored.|Breakfast was hard fried oily eggs and hard caked scrambled egg. The peaches were labelled apricots and when I pointed it out I was shrugged at. |Bed was hard and I had to have a cold shower due to no hot water.
