If you have been to Potters Five Lakes you get the same standards from the staff, same drinks and food standards and the familiar branding.|This site was originally a holiday camp type resort so it’s a mixture of hotel and brick built bungalows.|The bungalows are smaller and I would suggest an upgrade from the basic. If you don’t want interconnected doors etc, say so at booking. |Some aspects are dated but always clean. Loved the fact that public toilets have automatic taps, doors etc and firm notices about hand hygiene. Hand sanitizer is readily available everywhere as a lot of sports equipment is shared.|The only downside was a surprising amount of slot machines, pay to play items on an all inclusive holiday where I don’t want to use my purse.

Had a brilliant weekend with my husband. Staff, food, comfort first class. We were unable to book into the hotel this time so stayed in a bungalow. Spotlessly clean well equipped and comfortable, beds really comfy.|Join in as much as you want or not, being in our Eighties it’s hard to fit it all in.|Shows as ever are First class you cannot see better in the London theatres which cost an arm and a leg. Favourite to date Simply the Best and that says it all, Thank you Potters, will be back 🥰

First time to Potters! What a surprise, from the check in to the checkout every moment was so enjoyable.|The food is of a very good standard and served by extremely polite and well trained staff. The serve yourself buffet is also excellent and all inclusive means breakfast, lunch and dinner plus wine.|The bar is well stocked with ample well known brands and of course all free under the all inclusive package.|Activities of which there are many are all free with equipment included, bowls, crazy golf, swimming in heated pools, archery, badminton to name a few.|Entertainment is first class and a huge well done to all of the team, they are very good!|We had bungalow accommodation which is adequate, but a little dated. having said that beds are comfortable, the room is clean with tv and tea and coffee facilities, bathroom is of a reasonable size with shower over the bath. towels and soaps etc also included. There is ample room for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our three night break.|Well done Potters and we will see you again. 😊|Jenny and Terry Decoine

This was our first visit , loved it became potter friends while we were there ||The most fantastic stay, the staff were truly awesome, nothing was to much, so much choice on the menus, great selection of drinks. |The activities were well organised with something for everyone, so much so we didn't manage to do all of them.|Evening entertainment was 5 stars, great shows great music.||Our room was spotless, bed was so comfortable. We had a hotel deluxe which was huge, u will not regret going to Potters, we booked to go again while we were there.

Just spent the weekend at Hopton with our family & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bungalow plus was clean, warm & spacious. Food was excellent, plenty of choice & good size portions. The waitress service was extremely caring, helpful & polite. The amenities are amazing & finally, the entertainment was above & beyond brilliant!!!
Definitely going back again!!!

Really enjoyed the stay. I have a dairy intolerance and the chief came out and planned the menu with me. Food was excellent. I even had an option of mashed potatoes and custard. Amazing. My experience was made even better by our waitress Dawn, she was great. The entertainment was top notch and of West End standard. The added bonus of Potters is that everything is excluded so no added extras. Entertainment, activities and a free bar. Our site was also near the coast so we had a nice walk so we could walk off all those extra calories we consumed. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely fantastic Weekend away at Potters Resort, Hopton on Sea, from the start on the Friday until we left on the Monday we couldn’t have wanted anymore from the weekend, bungalow was lovely, clean & well equipped, food was brilliant with a very extensive menu & choice of carvery, drinks being all inclusive was a real bonus, the evening entertainment equalled any top Class London show & there was non stop entertainment during the daytime with games & quizzes hosted by some very entertaining compères, plenty of outdoor activities included in the price, nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff. This is definantly going to be our new go to place for future holidays, Overall fantastic value for money

Potters Resort is a wonderful all inclusive break, we had a lovely 4 night break in January and are going again with friends and family in April. That will not be the last holiday this year either. It is very good value for money and you get a lot for your money. Some of the activities which I personally enjoyed are the virtual reality (such fun), segues, archery and indoor rifle shooting. The quizzes (which are not taken too seriously) are good fun too. The food is excellent and the service superb. The only criticism I can find is the seating in the theatre and bar could be more comfortable. I would certainly recommend Potters to people of all ages.
