I had microneedling done by Suzie and let me tell you, it was amazing. It wasnt the first time I'd had this treatment but it was certainly the best. My experience was 5 star service from start to finish. Suzie was very professional and knowledgeable, she talked me through the whole treatment, made sure I was okay, comfortable and happy throughout and of most importantly my skin has been so much better. I booked online to have my gel nails taken off. Booking of the appointment was super easy and I was able to get a same day appointment.

Although it took a little longer and cost a little more than anticipated (apparently I had super hard gel on), Suzie was lovely and was able to accommodate the longer appointment that was needed to remove my gel.

I would recommend Suzie to invest in some signage / way-finding in the shared unmanned reception, as on arrival I had no idea where I was going and it was only because someone who knew her was also in the waiting room that I knew I was in the right place. Alternatively some guidance in the confirmation email could help people who had never visited before.

Had the Luxury dermaplanning Done with Suzie, she was so lovely so be with and was super chatty and friendly. Can't recommend her enough.
The dermaplanning was so relaxing and didn't hurt one bit, the massage was to die for too.
