Fantastic Feet Pedicure - Just returned from Potters, had my first ever Pedicure, I would like to say, there was nothing Fantastic about it... I would not rush to have another! The colour I asked for was not applied, the polish was put on miles to thick, and and looked shabby. I had to go back in the afternoon to have rectified... The paint was reapplied, but again, I had to return the next day as the polish was scuffed after keeping shoes off for over 4 hours. When i went back, they just touched up the nail without removing it. The nails look shabby and unprofessional, I could have painted them better myself. No hard skin was removed and zero massage to the feet. It certainly was not worth the money.

I had a Manicure and back massage, which I would recommend and thoroughly enjoyed.

Fabulous place for a girlie treat. I had the facial of all facials and a back, head and shoulder massage. Truly was amazing experience. The staff are welcoming, inparticular Chelsea who did my treatments, good value for money, very clean environment. Would definitely recommend if you are off to Potters for a break A+

Aphrodite has been my go to since 2004! I’ve had so many amazing treatments; today blessed by the healing hands of Tonie… a shell massage! If you are a fan of hot-stone massage - definitely stretch that comfort zone and try this treatment!

It’s good to get back to a bit of me time, it takes time to re-engage with life, post Covid!

Reflections which I hope helps management decisions: Aphrodite needs, without question, Senior Management attention!
The walls are thin and the mumble of conversation is heard between wall spaces - noting that celotex, batoning and doors wouldn’t overcome! If I am paying to relax - reset - a silent undisturbed space is a basic request!

The amazing team have utilised space, colour and lighting to give this facility a sense of luxury! What it really needs to have now is a new setting that accommodates much more than a bolt on option for Potters residents that’s sub-standard.

If I could wave a magic wand for this team @Potters I’d have a nail bar and hair salon - separately housed - in the indulge section I’d introduce massage rooms for two … that’s right - no option to indulge with joint massage on a day to spa together (very narrow and old fashioned thinking one room only!) ….
Relaxation requires light, mood and space - with access to water (pool/jacuzzi) and heat (sauna/steam room) - options unavailable! Really?!

….what happens to multiple rats in a small space?!

This team do EVERYTHING to give an impression of space, but space and functionality are two basic needs that management have failed to champion over a prolonged time!

Monetary wise, yes they are successful … but think of ‘the difference’ this team could bring to guests and local users with vision and championing their ideas - it’s a big miss!

… it is a lemonade not a champagne option but you will pay presecco prices !
People pay for permission to indulge and feel better!

I asked Tonie about this and very professionally, she used many deflective strategies and should be a politician!!

Was my first massage would 100% recommend went in because injured my back got the full body massage and aftewards felt so much more loser. While having the massage there therapist would make sure she wasnt hurting me and was telling me what she was doing where i was most tense, she even told me things i should do to help my injury after the session.

Omg went here for a. 40th birthday treat had a warm bamboo massage and ot was fantastic left me. Feeling like a new man the service here is absolutely amazing staff are so friendly and helpful i will definitely be back again
