The Caravan was spotless, the park was very well maintained and above all the staff were super friendly and really made the effort with my son. My 18mth old didn’t want to go in the clubhouse as he wouldn’t walk past the security men at the door so they all got down on the floor and encouraged him to come in which he did. This meant a lot to me as they really didn’t have to do that but they wanted him to be happy. |The park is lovely and every member of staff I interacted with were really friendly.

The swimming pool was great to use with my daughter (28) and grandson (2). We enjoyed eating at the boathouse on Sunday lunchtime. Our caravan had everything we needed and was comfortable and warm after a spring walk. The staff were friendly and we will definitely visit again.

I returned because I enjoyed my stay three years ago, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I requested an extra duvet, which I really needed, but it was not provided, even I asked twice for it . As a result, my husband had to sacrifice his duvet for our babies and me when we had to use the second bedroom.

Additionally, I was upset about being charged for cots. When families with babies book, we naturally require cots and an extra duvet, so this charge felt unreasonable.

The heating setup was also problematic. The heaters are programmed to operate every hour, yet the reception lady stated they run every four hours. This misinformation contributed to an uncomfortably cold environment.

Lastly, the Wi-Fi service was unsatisfactory. Despite multiple attempts and having to call a different number, we were never able to connect.

Based on these issues, I am not planning to return, I’m not would I recommend Cherry Tree Caravan to my friends.

The club on a night was great for entertainment, the restaurant was good value and enough choice. The caravan was situated perfectly for me as it was close to both. The bluecoats and entertainment were brilliant . The site itself was lovely and clean as was the caravan .

Caravan and park was spotless. The crew are very good. Very friendly Staff. Big clubhouse. Arcade. Only a few mins in car to local post office / shop / Greggs. Beach 10 mins in car. Went to both Gorleston on Sea and Great Yarmouth on our short break.

Perfect in every way especially the entertainment team Owen CharlotteW. Lauren,Char Ella and Azaria they were perfect could not fault 5hem. The caravan was very clean and the park itself was very clean We are going there again and I. Would recommend it to everyone.

It was a fab new year. We have been before and we've never been disappointed. The entertainment was fab as usual and the caravan was spotless. We have been to many park dean resorts and this is our favourite by far. We cannot wait to come again in 2025

First impressions zero out of ten||You desperately need a new fence around the park, rather than the knackered mis matched and falling to bits one you have. ||We booked a hot tub lodge on Morello View and what do you have on the corner going down to it? A clapped out, filthy dirty, black mould, battered and knackered caravan🤢what happened to the lovely and well kept caravan on 701? ||Arrived at the lodge already thinking “oh my days what have we done” a section of the decking was off and just chucked on the grass. Lodge itself was clean APART FROM ALL THE CHAIRS&SOFA🤢they were grubby&dirty. Do you not deep clean them at the end of season? CLEARLY NOT!||Mattress on the bed was far too big and over hanged the base, if you sat on the edge you ended up on your bum.||Hot tub not ready until the evening, bingo rubbish, entertainment? What a joke that is.||All you have done since last year is put up shiny new signs on a run down, clapped out clubhouse. It needs knocking down and re building and lots of investment ploughed into it.||You only have to see all the empty plots to know it’s not doing well.||No recycling for glass, also do the owners on plot 24 not realise it’s no longer Christmas? What’s with all the annoying lights flashing like Blackpool illuminations, nice lodge but🤢to the tacky lights that spoilt going in the hot tub.||All in all not my cup of tea, and to think we paid a premium price to stay somewhere that resembles Benefits Britain!
