Our first visit to this site , and had a really nice friendly welcome from Paul on reception, who directed us to the pitch and gave advice on on what’s on and about . The pitches were mostly level and had plenty of space on each pitch . |We were welcomed onto the pitch by Jason, who was again really friendly, chatty and helpful, again giving clear instructions on where essentials were and how to get to Burgh castle a d other areas . |Toilet block clean- plenty of showers and toilets , but no heating and could do with fixing the hot tap in the 1 closed in washroom they have. Considering we went out of high season, they’re was quite a few tourers there, yet it was still nice and peaceful. Lovely location and easy access to Gorleston and Gt Yarmouth. Definitely recommended.

Booked 4 nights stayed in Rocklands caravan HW15 and it was fabulous, lovely and clean, plenty of storage, veranda was lovely especially as we had good weather. Sited close to entertainment although we never used it as was out everyday visiting local areas.|It had everything we needed. Only real complaint was the bed, it was awful, very hard mattress with no mattress protection, luckily we had a spare duvet so used that but it didn’t help with the comfort though, mattress dipped in the middle. This does need replacing. |All other features was good quality.|Local area not much to do other than the burgh castle site so you will definitely need a car to get out.|Used the gym at other site, the equipment is very old and needs updating as generally did not feel it was fit for use due to its age. The gym room itself if poor quality. Needs money spent in this area.|Friendly lifeguards on duty each time we used the gym. Site overall very small.|Nice for a spring break but if I went in summer I would be quite bored.|Definitely book the Rocklands though. Proper sun trap☀️

We were given a warm and friendly welcome from the lady on reception she gave us are keys and directions. the caravan was better than expected and very clean so thank you kourtney we decided to go down to the entertainment centre to check it out we were again welcomed by Rheanna, Rheanna is a very polite and lovely person and very helpful. We were also made very welcome by Georgia and Caitlin we think all three of them are deserved a five star, overall all the staff were brilliant and also the food was great so thanks chef, this is the best parkdean we've been too and we've been too a few, we wouldn't hesitate in coming back to braydon water so thanks too all George and Donna Thorold from Lincoln

Park and caravan were lovely and clean, nice and quiet. Eva and Nikki cleaned our caravan really well. Caitlin at the boathouse was absolutely lovely, bought my little one some colouring and checked on us during our meal. ||My only fault was the menu was extremely limited, no jacket potatoes or ‘normals’ but otherwise a really lovely stay!

Lovely clean shower block. Women’s was always warm, but apparently the men’s wasn’t! Pool was warm and very quiet with helpful, friendly staff especially Danielle. Would definitely stay again out of season, as due to offer the pitch was just £12 a night (midweek) with electric.

Clean caravan. Quiet near the main entrance. Perfect for reading and relaxing. Weather was lovely for time of year and caravan equally warm at nights. Great for dogs and kids but quiet in term time. Would come back - never use the facilities but enjoyed the take away Costa.

Liked: We had everything we needed on and around the sites. Caters for all abilities, we had our son with additional needs with us and he managed the site well too. Even when it is Halloween, having trick or treaters come by.

You have the ruins of the castle a short walk from the site and the river running by too great for dog walking and getting out and about.

Staff were welcoming and approachable if ever needed. Facilities were clean and warm every time we used them.

Overall and lovely site and would recommend to anyone looking for a touring site nearby.

Disliked: Hearing that the site may be changing in years to come to static only park.
