I can honestly say this is one of my favourite haven sites. Only cons about this trip was that pretty much everything outside the park was closed or only open on the weekends which was a shame however there is always plenty to do in the park thankfully. |The water park is one of the cleanest and safest swimming pool I have ever been to in my entire life! The staff were 100/10, specifically the entertainment staff. I actually don't know how they do it but we were so impressed. |I would also like to mention a couple of things which it did not ruin our holiday but if it could be looked into then it might improve other people's holidays! |1. Opening times for everything. With a toddler that wakes up at 5:30/6am there are only so many things you can distract them with in the caravan! It used to get to 7:30/8am and we had to take a stroll to the shop that opens at 8am to keep him happy. The arcades didint open until 9am but soft play didint open until 10am. Equally the same with the swimming pool.|We couldnt go anywhere for breakfast as the only restaurant on site was only opening at 11:30am on the days we were there. |Overall it was a brilliant mini break and we absolutely loved it but we do feel there could be some adjustments to make everyone’s experience even better!!

We have just returned from sea shore, was a lovely site. We had the caravan with a sea view was beautiful, the caravan had everything you needed and was really clean. ||A big thank you to the Haven entertainment staff, they was full of energy, always happy and went above and beyond when performing and made lots of effort with the children. Wanted to say a Big thank you to Evie who really is wonderful at her job. My little boy was nervous about seaside squad, she put him at ease. We have been to a lot of Haven sites and this one has got to be up there by far. Thank you Seahsore x

This was our first time at Haven and we were very impressed. We had a signature sea view and it was lovely. Clean as a whistle and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. The little land train was great to get into Yarmouth. Things that could be better was the Internet. They make it clear that you might have trouble but then you are expected to find out all the information on their app. Trying to read the booklet for the heating and look at the park map etc involved a stroll around outside the caravan which isn't that great. Also we had a broken extractor fan which I planned to tell them at the end of our visit but then I've had no request for any feedback. So some request for feedback post holiday would be nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Haven seashore in dec 2024 during Christmas. There was so many activity for kids although a bit overpriced. The Christmas vibes lighting were great. Kids and myself enjoyed the indoor watermark. The best we have been to at a caravan holiday resort. Also the biggest arcade. Customer service following our stay way excellent. We had forgotten some items and these were returned to us ASAP without any delay or multiple discussion. Also we were given excellent generous service from arcade team.

We do a Haven Holiday every year but it was our first time at Seashore and we absolutely will be back. We had a wonderful caravan in a great area. The restaurant and Cakery were amazing. We loved the pool and the water play area. It just ticked every box. However, the thing that made our trip was the staff, specifically Jay the Activities Manager and the fun stars, Sophie and Evie who just went above and beyond.||We had the nerf battle booked for my 7 year whilst my 4 year did the dinosaur fossil adventure. On arrival to the nerf battle, we were informed that it had unfortunately been cancelled due to high winds. Totally reasonable and so glad Haven take health and safety so seriously, but cue tears of disappointment from a very sad 7 year old. We were informed that we would get a full refund, plus a free round of mini golf for the whole family, very kind!!! So, we went back to find his brother in the Dino fossil activity. Sophie and Evie were instantly concerned about my crying 7 year old and Sophie disappeared, then reappeared with a snap band, a bracelet and some sweets for him. They then gave him all the bits for him to get involved with the dinosaur fossil activity. Jay the activities manager also happened to be in the venue and he came over to speak to us and explained his whole reasoning for cancelling the activity, and we ended up just having a chat about the park, the area and also how Sophie had never been on the snails in Gt Yarmouth. ||I am so grateful to them for taking the time to talk to us, and also for helping make a sad experience for my son into a positive one. We will definitely be back to Seashore because of the people who work there, and also to try Nerf battle!!!

We had a lovely time enjoying the sea view from the caravan. Enjoyed lots of long walks alone the coast. We even had a cheeky burger king which was hot and delicious.We had great customer service from Martin in the nisa local shop on site! Very doggie friendly will be back.

Caravan was small, there was only 2 of us, but had everything needed. We were Breakwater 58. Parking off road by the caravan, every caravan had its own parking area. Caravan was in a perfect location for the pub, in one direction and the club house in the other. We couldn't find any parking by the club area.|The park itself was really clean. Location of the park is fantastic, very close to Great Yarmouth.

We stayed in a silver van was lucky to have a brand new van. Absolutely brilliant weekend at a brilliant park. Swimming pool is top class with loads of slides and splash zones. Entertainment was very good as well. Security staff were very polite and friendly like you want at a family holiday park ( security at Perran sands last summer very over the top ). We will 100%be coming back to Seashores
