I'm currently staying in Suite 1 for 2 nights. The suite is really well kitted out, very modern and high end. Great facilities and look forward to using the gym, pool down the road while I'm here. Communication with Stephen has been superb and the online instrtions etc. are succinct and clear. Only gripe is the size of the shower, but I think that may be a me problem as I'm a tall guy. ||If I work in the area again I'll definitely book back in at The Rampart.

The Rampart was well decorated and lovely apartments to stay in with a good location. I loved that we could come and go without a key and the air fresheners smelt good throughout the building.
There were a few things that could be improved though.
The bed was quite uncomfortable to stay in, it was small and very firm.
The cleanliness could have been better as there were some fingerprints on the toilet door, cob webs and the toilet wasn't cleaned under the seat.
Unfortunately it was hard to sleep as you can hear when the apartments upstairs were walking around and you can also hear every door in the building because they all slam shut. There was also a constant banging of a flap in a vent (or so it sounds) which we couldn’t figure out where about in the apartment it was coming from. Lastly, i was a little disappointed on the ‘sea view’ apartment. We had a view of a building out of our windows and could only see the seaside if you look out the window to the right. I wouldn’t have paid more if i knew that was going to be our ‘sea view’
Overall, I would consider staying here again because the location is ok but will pack earplugs next time.

What a find! Excellent accommodation and service from the hosts. The room was immaculate, clean and very quiet. The bed was so comfortable. Amazing attention to detail throughout my stay, especially the complimentary gym access to the local Marina centre which I used in the morning.

Just arrived back from a short break staying in suite 1, cannot fault a thing. Great clear communication from booking, arriving, during and leaving from Jenna & Stephen. Easy automated check-in, property exactly as described, modern, spotlessly clean, everything you need to self cater, comfy bed and great coastal location. Would 💯 recommend and return in the future.

Absolutely perfect, the accommodation was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Every tiny detail for a great stay had been thought of and catered for.
The check in & out couldn't had been smoother and the hosts more than accommodating.
We have family in the area and now wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting.

We stayed at the rampart for a last minute wedding anniversary get away, from the start it had easy booking, the communication was quick and personal, and then we arrived at the apartments it got even better the rooms was beautiful, clean and felt luxurious. Everything we needed was already there and the beds were very comfy! So would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

What a beautiful little last minute break. Booking was easy , all the instructions of check in were detailed but easy to follow. We had a lovely stay here, the room had everything we needed. Although I did search for the kettle for ages before realising there was a hot tap. Absolutely brilliant would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again . We stayed in suite 8
