My stay at this Premier Inn was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Having spent a full month here during an extended business trip, I was consistently impressed by the high quality of service and attention to detail provided by the entire staff. The level of professionalism and hospitality remained outstanding from check-in to check-out. I would particularly like to express my sincere gratitude to Lauren, the front of house manager at the restaurant , whose leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and to Kim, the head breakfast chef, whose culinary expertise and warm personality made each morning's breakfast service a delightful start to the day. Their contributions, along with those of the entire team, truly enhanced my extended stay and made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Rooms comfortable and clean. The staff at the restaurant next door were wonderful, particularly Daniel and Shell, nothing was too much trouble. Daniel was friendly and humorous. Very good at his job. A pleasure to be look after by him.

Well another year gone already. Came here for 4 nights for a sci fi weekender. The bed was comfy as always the staff was excellent but didn’t really communicate apart from getting a clean towel etc at reception. The on-site restaurant has changed. It only allows guests from the premier inn to eat in the restaurant but the food was still excellent and same set up as it was a brewers fayre. Quite quiet at times. Still do the meal deals also. I would come back here again for possibly next years event.

We stayed here for a couple of days so we could visit the weekender at Vauxhall. It’s very central to all amenities and the staff were all friendly. Michelle in particular has a lovely personality and very attentive she really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to seeing her and the rest of the staff when we come back to stay in September

Stayed for the Vauxhall weekend and hotel was very good on cleanliness. Could help ourselves to teas and coffees as and when needed. Staff were all very happy and helpful especially Sophie in particular who made our stay especially pleasurable. Nothing was too much hassle and she is a very knowledgeable staff member. Thank you for making a wonderful weekend even better!

Nice and quiet. Restaurant was in adjacent building, not like indicated in the hotel's photos. It is possible to pay for (supposedly) better WiFi but the provided free WiFi is so shockingly poor that I had no confidence that the paid for WiFi would be any better... !

Had a lush evening here working away. Service in the bar/restaurant was a highlight from Michelle and jess including perfectly poured guinness and delicious food. Would recommend the complete experience here. Do visit the bar after 5 for top friendly chat.
